“recently purchased an Xbox Live subscription key for one of my children through CJS CD Keys. As a parent of four Xbox-owning kids, I’ve bought multiple subscriptions over the years without any issues. Unfortunately, this time was different. Although I selected an EU region key (which includes the UK), it failed to redeem. The error message indicated a mismatch between my account’s region and the purchase location. We’re currently staying at our holiday home in Spain, where I’ve successfully activated keys in the past, so this caught me off guard. I submitted a support query several days ago but have yet to receive a resolution. Clearer communication regarding the nature of the issue, along with timely updates and either a fix or a refund, would go a long way toward improving customer confidence.”

“Since there are many software scams on the web I Googled "safest site to buy MS Office 2021" and CJS CDKeys came up on a very short list of recommendations. They offered a great price too so I ordered from them and everything went smooth as silk. Fully licensed software that allowed me to enter the key in my Microsoft account and install the full suite from there (you can also download all of the installation files direct from CJS in a zip file and do it yourself if you prefer. Glad I found them!”

“Bought a Visio 2021 product key. Instant delivery and key worked successfully. Procedure for downloading and installing not 100% easy to understand (hence 4 not 5 stars). A quick search on U Tube gave sufficient info for me to install the product. Took about an hour to research and install.”

“Just bought a 1-year subscription for Microsoft Office 365 Family from CJS CDKeys. This is my first time, and the experience was great. Price was the best I could find online and about £40 less than an auto-renewing subscription with Microsoft for the exact same product. I had some issues with paying; it didn't like my credit card payment method, but PayPal worked fine. Once the purchase had gone through, emails were instant, and generating the new key didn't take long, a few minutes. Adding the new key to my Microsoft account was easy also so all done for another year. I'm happy and will definitely use again next year if the price is right.”
