“It would be zero stars if that were allowed. I bought a key for MS Office which they sent. After multiple attempts it doesn't work and I sent CJS a screen shot as requested but they have ignored me ever since including three follow up emails asking for assistance or update. Deafening silence. I shall now have to try to get my money back through Paypal. For all their nice words they don't give a monkeys. Be careful when choosing this bunch.”

“After waiting 11 days of Zelda TOTK and 4 days Zelda BOTW for the Switch 2 they finally decided to give me a refund which I am still waiting to receive. I decided to try another site Difmark/Global Games and had TOTK within 2 hours.”

“I bought a Word software package from this company. It did not work, Word would not activate and Word crashed on my laptop. I paid for professional help and was told I should contact the supplier. Despite emails, screenshots and request for refund, I have had no response. DON'T GO THERE!”

“Trying to buy two keys for Zelda for the switch 2 has been my worst experience dealing with any company. I ordered Tears of the Kingdom and waited 11 days the support blames suppliers and the suppliers/ticket say the agents will help you. I ordered the 2nd game to see if it would work and it was the same mess. I think they delay popular game orders in the attempt to get you to accept an exchange. Such a waste of time.”
