“Bought a game for my child which was supposed to be available imesditaley. As soon as I bought they showed it as out of stock without giving me any download code. When I raised a ticket they responded with messages saying its not in stock.”

“Dont buy there. Key did not work, got a bot message from the support which was totally incorrect and annoying telling me to send picture ive already sent... after that no awnser... totally rip of, i have to get my money from paypal.”

“i feel ripped off because of the velide long waiting time for support to respond due to the error when verifying the phone with autokey service and waiting endlessly for the pin in the SMS that didn't arrive, this is a very bad experience for me and I don't plan to buy from here again. / cze / cítím se být okraden kvůli velide dlouhé čekací době na odpověd podpory kvůli chybě při ověřování telefonu pomocí služby autokey a nekonečném čekání na pin v SMS která nedorazila, je to pro mě velice špatná zkušenost a již neplánuji zde nakupovat.”

“Just bought a key for an older game which is marked as in stoke, but in Autokeys no Key can be provided. The support only answered once with a standard response without noticing the attached screenshot. I do now need to go to PayPal to get a refund. I will surely never use this platform again.”

“1x Project Zomboid CD Key For Steam 1x Project Zomboid CD Key For Steam (Order 3217809) Will not send me a code to authenticate my phone number, also can not cancel my order due to this reason- "Your order is currently processing. Please wait for this to be completed before requesting cancellation" so am just stuck waiting sent customer service a message about 16 hours ago to try and get a cancellation as am not interested in buying the game from CJS, asking me after the fact to authenticate my phone number and never sending the code to my phone this has annoyed me just wasting my time I Will never use CJS again due to how slow and incompetent the system is. edit this is their response cowboy company do what they like. Cecil D. (Tier 2 support) Hey Jordan, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to cancel a pending order. “very clunky purchasing process and key acceptance process. You don't get the key for game to put into steam. instead they redirect you and gift the game from within steam. Not recommended. use other services like cd keys is my recommendation.”

“Brought a key from them it did not work asked for a refund did not get it they don't reply to emails sent contact to the big boss he didn't even answer it i would not touch CJS with a barge pole and could never trust them, brought a key from another site worked a dream first time. I could not and would not recommend cjs to anyone and only one star why i don't know.”

“Purchased for son's birthday. Code sent was only 20 characters long not 25, so obviously didn't work. Took over 36 hours to actually receive my code, and my son didnt get his present on his birthday :-( no apology or part refund offered. Poor service start to finish. Do not buy codes from here, use more reputable companies”
