“The key returned an Invalid message and after waiting 5 days for a response from the support team the issue remains unresolved. I have found the whole experience absolutely terrible and I have purchased the same product from somewhere else that actually works. I am now waiting for a refund.”

“this is the response for a 'LIFETIME' key expiring - 'I'm really sorry for the trouble. We usually process a replacement for this, however since this order was made for more than a year and since we no longer sell this product online, unfortunately we can no longer process a replacement or refund.'”

“I purchased a Steam key for Starfield, it was susposed to be an instant purchase but I have no steam key and the support from CJS is useless. I have asked for a refund that they say takes 2 hours 24 hours later no refund. Tried to call, phone number does not work and messages and emails are not replied to. Read CJS CD Keys comments on the facebook page and its full of complaints for unworking CD Keys and awful customer service.”

“Bought a Steam code from them, and I got an error from Steam saying "The product you've entered has already been activated by an existing Steam account, and therefore is invalid". Not going to risk buying from this website again.”

“I bought a code fro them, their system never sent me a text to authorize my phone meaning I was unable to get the code. Had to send a screenshotof the error-code / message I got, they never replied this. Ended up buying fra G2A instead, have asked for a refund from CJS. Maybe they have alot of codes etc, but their customer service is not very good when things go wrong.”

“TRASH service. The Website looks like it was programmed by a 13y old and doesnt work probably. They also dont send the key instant it takes for ever or never happenss. Support needs days to answer. DONT BUY HERE”

“very bad experience with this site, I purchased FC 24 Xbox digital code since 3 days and they provided a wrong Xbox code and opened a ticket support with no resolution or response. The error message I got from XBOX was "The code wasn't found-try re-entering it. if the code os damaged, contact the seller.”

“Been waiting around 14 days for a refund or a new key for EA sports fc 24. Customer service have been no help in trying to resolve this. 1 thing they are good at, is asking for the same proof over and over again, leading me in circles. I dont think the issue will ever be solved. I do not recommend buying a product from them.”
