“I bought this product yesterday: 1x Xbox LIVE 12 month Gold Code VPN activated code (works worldwide according to our instructions). Unable to activate.... this message appears: "Please wait while we do some finall security checks on your order. Please wait, one of our staff will approve your order shortly. (maximum 2 hours)." I wrote to the support but I only get automatic replies, today I wrote 8 messages and sent screenshots but they didn't help. So I paid for the product but I can't activate it.....waste of money. Unprofessional attitude.....”

“Account logged out after a fee weeks. Account has been locked of password has been change. After months still no new code or money back. Customer service sucks”

“ordered a key 4 weeks ago (today is the 30 sept 2023) and the Website says the key is in stock, but it isn't. live requested a refund to the original payment method, which was bank transfer and they refunded me to store credit. Now they dort want to transfer the money back to bank account. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. they are crooks.”

“Customer service is horrendous, they only answer your queries days later with bot responses. They don't do refunds - I asked for a refund 4 times consecutively and they just kept replying with "you will have your key soon". Prices are cheap to lure you in but they didn't even have the key at the point of purchase. Honestly, buy for slightly more from elsewhere”

“Apparently I purchased my key as a gift to the EU which I did not, or at least I didn't mean to. I tried to get a refund so that I could buy the right item but I got the run around. This person said I need to talk to that person. That person said I need to talk to this other person. You know what...they can keep the $11 and I'll just buy it from steam but I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't waste their money here”

“I bought some psn network gift cards and they canceled the order. I had paid with a balance that I had in my account and another part with a card. They refunded me only the amount of the card And the support only responds that the total has already been paid when it is not.”

“Be careful, I tried purchasing win 10 pro didn’t realise it changed in the basket to Home, wasting £10. Will try somewhere else now tried adding to basket again and again changes to Home. Don’t waste your money”

“I’m another customer that ordered EA FC24 Ultimate Edition, and nearly 36 hours after release have not received a key as promised. Customer support is very poor. I’ve been promised the key by the end of the day, within 24 hours, and now the site has some nonsense statement about being available between 2 and 12 hours. Following this experience I’ll not use them again.”

“Pre ordered ea fc. Said garunteed to arrive upon release of the game. The game is now out and 24 hours later no code still. Some auto script email. If the code doesnt appear on the so called “autokey” in 2 hours ill be making a dispute on paypal”

“Fraudulent website, I haven't received the code. I bought it on the 19th, and so far, nothing. It seems like they don't understand the meaning of 'pre-order.' I probably won't receive the code. These scammers are prioritizing those who buy now since they raised the price to 74 euros”

“Bought an Xbox Gift Card and read "Here, you can collect your purchased activation codes instantly after your payment." I have went to collect it and it said "our support team will manually approve your order shortly, at which point you will be able to collect your keys via Autokey." It has been 3 hours after my purchase and I still havent recieved anything, i emailed the 'fastest' support email and I have still got no email back. This website is very bad and I wouldnt recommend it nor will I be buying from CJS CDKEYS again. Dissapointed”

“Después de comprar hace 5 dias la versión anticipada de FC24 Ultimate Edition, con su lanzamiento dia 22. Y enviar varios mensajes a soporte, no se me ha respondido en ningún caso ni enviado el código... Mientras estoy viendo como otros compradores están adquiriendo el mismo código de forma instantánea. Eso sí, pagando más de lo que pagué yo hace 5 días... Pero eso no debería dar derecho a tenerme a mí en espera cuando realicé la pre compra para asegurarme el código en su lanzamiento... En resumen, estoy muy decepcionado con la atención recibida... Por mucho que luego haya un reembolso...”
