“Sold a one month Xbox pass but I’ve been asked to subscribe to further payments Tried contacting through customer support had one response asking for screenshot which I sent. Not responding sent 10 emails still waiting Absolutely shocking”

“I bought Global version of the game, but it turns out to be region blocked (obviously the profuct page was unreliable). I requested refund, sent all additional data I've been asked to send, and nothing - support disapeared, they ignoring me for a week!”

“It is actully zero stars, but there is no such option. I was stupid enough to use this service, so don't be as me and don't buy anything here. It takes already 4 day to collect my key code. Service answers are slow and unconstructive. Now I want to cancel my order but looks like it's kinda impossible :D”

“Stay clear of the cons , I purchased Microsoft office I have followed all the instructions but the key provided by CJS didnt work for the installation. I have contacted the CJS support and tried to get this resolved They didn't work with me to find a solution and have stopped answering my emaills. Not recommended”

“Purchased a key for my Xbox one for flight sim. Turns out I need an X ox series s or X. CJS CD keys admitted it was advertised incorrectly. But now they keep saying it's because I purchased a Europe key and due to Brexit it won't work on the UK even though the listing says it does. I keep telling them the issue is the console not the region as they 1st admitted and it's been 4 weeks and still no refund. I will never order anything from this company ever again or recommend them either!”

“Do not buy from them! They sold me the wrong thing and are refusing to give refund because they think it's worth about the same. I shouldn't have to explain why that's irrelevant. Don't trust them.”
