“And finally they have let me downx in my previous reviews ai have said, when they did a trick, i ll not buy anymore. Bought 12 months xbox live gold, got 4 months of ultimate pass. Thats it. No more cjs cd keys”

“Bought a code from them that wasn't as described. Won't refund. Won't talk to me now. Ended up buying a genuine from Argos. This is a case of luring you in with cheap prices and then scamming you. Trading standards onto them. Say they are well known scammers.”

“you gave mecode after a day then got code after hours of trying emailing yous for hours and still at 3 days later still not sorted code put you gave me code that's activated already after all the hassle Gert one of you could not use VPN would not active properly got ADHD find very hard to do all thus stuff you just asked to do Rick not very good at all now asking me to do all again asked for refund you should be able to tell who account yous gave this code to for this game”

“They will not refund you if they issue you an invalid product key. They will just give you the run around asking you to contact the product manufacturer to verify details that they won't discuss with you as you did not do business with them. They provide generic/wrong information that does not even apply to the product that they sold you. When the key works great, when it dosen't you are just out the money.”

“They got no imprint and I had to mail them, so I got my key, and the Key wasn't a key, it was the login credentials to a probably stolen account. So just pirate the game, I guess”

“The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a key for a vintage game, as it was unavailable anywhere else at the time. However, I received a key for the remake, which I already possessed. Despite their assurance of contacting the supplier, it's been four months of unfulfilled promises and constant excuses.”
