“Received a faulty code 6 weeks ago, been promised a replacement for the last 4 weeks still nothing to show for it. Keep being told their is a technical issue their end in receiving the code. Would be okay if it hadn't been going on for 2 and a half weeks. Not sure I'll ever see a refund, so now seeking advice to take this higher.”

“Mac Office 2021 will not work and appears to be screwed up by 365 trying to take priority. I have tried everything looked at Help, Microsoft and have now wasted half the day with no result HELP!!!!”

“Purchasing a Windows Key was fine. I did purchase a mystery key, which was supposed to be the value of between £19.99 and £59.99. The actual value of the product I got was £.044p. I have contacted support, and the initial response was quick. However, I have not heard from them since. I would say it's poor customer service, and don't purchase the mystery key.”

“Purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription 06/09/2023. Code did not work. Says already deactivated and I’m still awaiting a refund. I’ve purchased a subscription through Microsoft now as I need this for my job. And opened a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. This should have been refunded the instant the cd key I paid for was invalid. Still awaiting a response. Still awaiting a response or a refund”

“Took my money for card and membership and can’t get a refund due to no access. Biggest ripoff I’ve ever seen. Even gave proof they got the money and I’m still unable to get the keys. This has been since Tuesday September 5,2023.”

“Account I purchased didn't have the game I bought on it, and insufficient funds should I want to buy it on the account. Customer service asked me to contact steam to add funds (?) and didn't reply in the 12 hour window they said they would. Horrendous, don't buy from here. Still unsolved”

“I've bought a few keys from this company, anytime I had to reinstall the software the keys have worked until now. I have to reinstall Office 2016 due to a HDD failure, now the key is invalid and the company won't stand behind their product. They say it's one time use keys. Kris J from CJS support doesn't care about the customers.”

“I have purchased several games from CJS CDKEYS in the past, with no problems, this time when i went to collect my key it showed available in the retrieval area when attempting to collect the key, it went to a page stating that the item was on back order. I contacted support and they told me there was an error and that the product was available, it is now more than 24 hours and still shows on back order when i go to collect my key, yet it shows available before I click " collect key" Getting very frustrated.”
