“Stay well clear! they say the have came keys then when they get your money they are out of stock and dont refund you . CON MERCHANTS BUY ELSEWHERE”

“At the beginning of July 2023 I buy a game key which turns out not to be a gift but a Steam gift, the request and the gift never received but the money (23 pounds) disappeared from my credit card, several times I wrote to the support that says to resolve the issue but after more than 1 month no money and no game”

“Charlatans took my money and gave me no key. No help given to connect the key through the automated system connected to Steam. If an actual key had been provided, I could have done this myself. I have contacted my solicitor already for fraud.”

“Watch out for false advertising on there website , if you bring it up with their customer service you get called ridiculous and accused of being argumentative. I wanted to buy a 12 month’s subscription to PSN Plus for a teenager to redeem, surely If 12 month psn plus subscription are no longer available then 12 month subscription shouldn’t be advertised. Like I said this was purchased for a young person with learning disabilities for 12 month subscription for PSN plus, the child is not able to make a informed decision about using £50 of in store credit, hence purchasing a 12 subscription of PSN plus as advertised on the website . If I wanted a £50 top up card I could have got this cheaper. The below is a response from their customer service I won’t say his name. “Hello, I still fail to see your argument. You're saying that you purposely paid more for a 12 month subscription code when you could get a £50 code for less. Playstation Plus 12 month codes are no longer distributed by Sony to retailers therefore the only way anyone can possibly sell a 12 month code to you online is by providing you adequate voucher codes. Frankly, you are being quite ridiculous in that it takes you about 1-2 clicks in order to exchnage your £50 code into a 12 month code, therefore I see your refund request as unreasonable and has been denied as per our terms & conditions” Thanks “””” for calling me ridiculous!”

“On 26 June 2023 I paid GBP 16.99 for MS Office 2019 and received a key to download. There was a problem during download and I decided to download from another supplier instead, which I did without problem. I then requested a refund from CJS CD Keys and almost 5 weeks later I still have not received it. I received emails from contact@CJS-CDKeys.com but all attempts to reply were kicked back with the message that contact@CJS-CDKeys.com address had "permanent fatal errors". I would never deal with this supplier again.”

“Their customer service team are absolute time wasters, if the key they have provider is invalid. Basically, you have the prove you haven't tried to rip them off.... you'd really think they would have a better system in place by this time. One of the worst customer services experiences I have had for a long time. Good luck! I will not be using them ever again!”

“Purchased a key which didn’t work and they are ghosting me. I contacted support through email for over a week and was finally told the issue would be resolved within 12 hours. 20 days later I haven’t received any further emails despite reaching out several times. I do not recommend this service.”

“Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Ripped off for a number of keys now customer service is appalling and quite honestly rude and obnoxious. Find a genuine seller for your keys such as Fanatical. Had to involve credit card company and report them for fraud. DO NOT USE SUPPLIER OF ILLEGAL KEYS THAT DONT WORK.”
