“product key didnt work and didnt get support from customer support. I cant recommend using this site to buy product key so far...”

“Trying to retrieve a key for a game I have purchased and all it is telling me is try July 1st, which comes as no surprise is today. Trying to get the key and nothing even though it says its in stock. No reply from customer services so going to PayPal for a refund. Wont use the site again.!! Shouldn't advertise available of it clearly is not.!!”

“TERRIBLE!! Ordered a VPN Only Key, Paid for it then went to collect it, which is states as soon as payment is made the KEY will be ready.... Yet im still waiting for this KEY... Customer Servive is NONE EXISTING! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!”

“Its good while the keys work, but I have been waiting for more than a day after reporting a key that does not work and NO response! This is not acceptable! When you busy with a pc reload you have to have the key quickly, you cannot wait for days.”

“Fraudulent company DO NOT USE! Had to jump through various hoops after making a purchase which did not result in receiving the product. Customer service very poor, delayed and repetitive and refund declined. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.”

“When I went to the site in the following: You must activate this key with the official Office Professional 2021 (en) setup files HERE. It sent me to a blank page that was an .img file. You have my money, but I can't use the key I got because I cant get to the setup area to get the MS Office files and enter the activation code/key to activate the software. Please send me some help to the office@lakemartinbaptist.org email. This is an email for our church administrator. She will get it to me. I'm glad I saved this page before leaving to ask for assistance at CJS CD Keys. After spending time on the Chat, they sent me to a pay for support site instead of dealing with the issue. I will be asking for my money back, but feel that given the way they handled this issue, they are not a reputable company and I have lost over $50 US to them. If things are addressed I will get back on this review site and let you all know what happened.”

“Bought a key. Seems to have then been outsourced to getyourgame.net who state accept a friend request and be gifted a copy of the game which should take no longer than twenty minutes. Almost two hours later still no game, two random friends added on Steam. Tried using live chat on the getyourgame.net page and they state Steam servers are low... Seems fine my end! Would not recommend as I've now just sat for a couple of hours not playing the game that I wanted for a £3 saving. Or £20 loss if it never arrives.”

“On December 11th 2022, I bought a Region Free code for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Collection 1 DLC. When I received it through Autokey it said "moved". I created a ticket to report that the key is invalid. They sent me a Region Locked code, so I told them again that it's invalid, because I bought a Region Free code, which is advertised on the website, not a Region Locked code. CJS-CDKeys proceeded to ghost me for SIX WHOLE MONTHS, so now it's June of 2023, and what do they finally do? They delete the ticket without notice and scammed me. I will not be shopping here ever again as this incredibly unprofessional behavior. Their "trustworthy" words mean nothing to me, as their actions speak for themselves.”

“Purchased a CD key for a game that said it was "completely region free.. you can activate the key from anywhere in the world. There are absolutely no region locks." Tried the key 5 min after purchasing and it's region locked to EU. Doesn't work in USA. Website said it worked and region free, it didn't work. False promises, misleading information, whatever you want to call it - I asked for a refund, since it didn't work. They have a no refund policy. They said maybe they could refund after someone else purchased the CD key and it worked for them. Not a joke. You have to wait until someone else buys your CD key and activates it before they will even consider a refund. And they will fight the refund forever. It's been 20 days and I'm still fighting for a refund. I've contacted them 6+ times asking for a refund. They refuse to help. Stay away from this company - they have very poor customer service that takes forever to get back to you. They lie and misrepresent on the website.”

“Stay far away from this company. They lie on the website, and the Keys are region locked and they take forever to never refund you. Bought a key for a game that indicated it was completely region free and absolutely no region locks - guaranteed to work. Tried to activate and it's region locked and didn't work. Contacted support for a new key. No response. Contacted support for a refund. They don't do refunds. 5 Days later when they got back to me They said they could possibly make an exception and refund after someone else purchased the key and it worked for them. Contacted support again, they said they would resolve ASAP - 10 days and no response. It's impossibly difficult to get a refund or any help. Some of the worst customer service. Will never do business with this company again.”
