“I did the ID verification like they asked but I have yet to receive an email I ordered at like 6 or more hours ago. The support doesn't help and they are very unresponsive to emails. I don't know if I'll ever get my game key.”

“I payed for a steam account with a game & have tried everything I can think of to make it work but steam just won't allow it to work, I have sent emails that are not being answered so I can only say be very cautious about steam accounts here complete RIPOFF!!!!.”

“My office stoped working, contacted support, they asked me to screen shot problem. Now they don’t respond to my emails chasing up problem. Very bad customer service!!”

“I paid for my product but still have not received the key. Credit card was billed and payment was processed. They are now asking me to send a scan of a personal id. I am not going to provide this company with any further information and will be filing a dispute with the credit card company if the do not reimburse me. I do not recommend this company.”

“they sell keys, although they don't have the key. they receive the payment, they never give you the key because they don't restock and when you cancel the order and ask for refund, they get 1'2€ as fee. SCAMERS”

“Haven't received my order after 3 days. Customer support said I will receive my order within a few hours of them getting the payment even though they had already received it about 20 hours ago when they responded. After that one response, I haven't heard anything back for 2 days.”

“urchased Keys, tried to activate and they didnt work, received the message "This token has expired and cannot be redeemed" Customer service Rick and Cecil keep blaming the VPN for 2 weeks when it clearly states "its expired", now they are not responding”
