“Scammers are announcing that you get your key once you pay and it has been 1 day and the order is still pending, and can't even refund my money back, sent a lot of emails and tried to call them but no reply is the only answer I got”

“Awful. It took 4 days to receive my key and by the time I received it, they wouldn't give me a refund and I already bought an account from another source. Don't buy from here”

“Niether was key released within the alloted time, nor was I contacted within the alloted time. I had to wait 4 days to get a reply from this company. The reply simply telling me to cancel the original order and re-order. No explanation as to why order status is showing as being in stock when it is not. Do not expect a reply to your enquiry in a hurry. Not the worst Company I have dealt with but certainly not the best either”

“Really poor service. Purchased a key from this site, then was emailed that I could collect the key from Autokey, then I asked to confirm my mobile number which i did but never received a text message with a verification code. Then raised a ticket and I was asked provide proof of identification. Wont be buying anything from this site again.”

“I paid my code, when I try to collect it they send me email with anti-fraud reasons and ask me send ID card or drivers license, they are scammers. wtf, what the anti-fraud... Do you know something about GDPR?!”

“I have ordered before and now that I have an issue I can’t reach anyone, it says I need to verify my purchase and that an email to do so was sent, which it never was not in my spam or anything. Can’t tech them they say they respond within two hours, it’s been 3. After this I’m taking my business else where which I’m sure they don’t care, can’t refund because the status of the order, all I did was literally re order a game pass ultimate which I’ve never had any issues before, so I don’t get it but clearly the system they use to take care of this stuff is trash. Don’t know why they would need to verify on my 3rd purchase but whatever I’m sure they do this all the time to rip mfs off for their money. I’ll come update this as they respond if they do.”

“On 26th February I tried to get a refund for a game because it wouldn't work in my region. This is despite the game being marked as GLOBAL. Since then, they have dragged my refund request asking MULTIPLE times to provide screenshots of my account's region (i have no clue why if the game is GLOBAL). 3 months and still no refund. Waiting a couple more days and escalating this with my bank.”

“What a terrible customer service. It seems they make little effort on researching how things work these days. Nowadays invoices are all digital. I must have a printer to print out proof of RENT? (i own a HOUSE!), make a photo of an ID or Passport (Me with a Dutch Nationality this doesn't even have my adress on it!). CJS asked for unnescesary proof to prefent hackers to buy off their platform, which i encourage and agree with. But here's the thing. I as a customer have acces to my email. I have acces to my PayPal account AND acces to my OWN phone, which you need to unlock before use to confirm i make a purchase (and even logging in from my desktop ask for double AUTH). COPY/PASTA customer service with no clue how the earth spins present day. They even say and i quote; 'We can resolve this for you quickly' Please be aware and buy your products elsewhere to not having to deal with this.”

“Bought multiple items through CJS SD Keys and was very impressed by how quick and easy the service was! Unfortunately, two of the keys I have purchased were invalid. As asked by the customer support I have provided a proof that the keys do not work (even multiple), after which they have ghosted me for 3 weeks now. What was supposed to be a 5 star review ended up a 1 star.”

“They gave me the wrong product and the key did not even work, on top of that it's been more than 24 hours and they still didn't reach back to me through my support ticket. Very slow and disappointing service.”

“Spam site selling blacklisted keys after you buy from them don't think to get any help!!! I bought from them a key and it was blacklisted I open ticket 1 and half month ago and now they don't answer anymore”

“Ordered xbox gold ultimate 1 month and didn't get it as it failed on numerous occasions to generate a code so contacted customer support bit to mo avail as they failed to reply to any of my messages and emails so I contacted them again after 24 hours and finally they gave me a code bit it was to late as I reordered it again so I now have two month's worth of codes and now they asked me to do this review so I hope thos helps potential buyers not to use these as there customer services are totally useless”
