“Ordered xbox gold ultimate 1 month and didn't get it as it failed on numerous occasions to generate a code so contacted customer support bit to mo avail as they failed to reply to any of my messages and emails so I contacted them again after 24 hours and finally they gave me a code bit it was to late as I reordered it again so I now have two month's worth of codes and now they asked me to do this review so I hope thos helps potential buyers not to use these as there customer services are totally useless”

“I ordered my key on a Saturday at 04:06 p. m., and had to wait until Monday at 14:00 p. m. to redeem it, having to wait this amount of time to redeem one key is simply ridiculous, even more so if we take into account that I lost my time setting up a ticket to receive an answer one day later saying that the problem was fixed just to realize that the exact same problem persistet”

“Ordered dredge, took me numerous attempts to try and redeem my key after all the adverts thrown at me, finally got to the page to redeem my key and received a message saying we can't process order at this moment in time wait a few hours for staff to sort this. 5hrs later still waiting for my key! Take my advice and stay clear.”

“Got hacked as soon as I logged on to the website and tried to purchase a 6-month code.. all the sudden I get hacked by a dating website and my card gets canceled plus I only got a 3-month code on top of it this site is garbage”

“I dont understand why really they have 4.4 rating while really they have to have less than 0 since 1 month im asking them to refund my money because the license was canceled and till now they didnt solve the problem last replay from was 9 days ago !”

“Key does not work within Microsoft product. Was told to activate via phone. After entering details via phone receive message stating that this is not a genuine Microsoft product and she can not activate it. Emailed tech support 4 times. Each time was told to do something I had already done. Tech support requires setup of a login and password. Waste of $, likely to receive a pirated code and then no actual support. Advise purchasing from another vendor.”
