“I purchased a steam game key on their website, went to the Autokey section to receive my key and was directed to the verification system. No matter what telephone number I entered (E.164 format or local country) it never worked and I never received a code. I raised a ticket and heard nothing, I then tried phoning them from the UK (not cheap) and left them a voicemail. Got an automated email today saying I have not yet collected my key.... I have replied to that email asking for help. So far, not a great service.”

“I paid for a key only to be told it was out of stock. After waiting several days, I received a key that didn’t work. After contacting them and getting the run around for several more day, I was told that I had to use there partner VPN, not the one I already subscribe too. So I subscribed to the one they told me to, and my keys are no longer accessible in my orders page. I have been scammed out of $105, hopefully PayPal has more success getting my money back than I have had.”

“UI is absolutely god awful. Total waste of time going through anti fraud protection for a £20 product. Ridiculous waste of time with clunky frustrating UI. Would rather pay full price.”

“This company is very sneaky and will sell you keys that expire in a month. Support will also not respond to you. Don't think you got a good deal on something cause it'll actually just be worth nothing. Don't try and buy multiple keys at once either.”

“Can't login,said my password is wrong but i can login the support page. Want to buy Dirt 3(version delisted from steam) ,but get Dirt 3 complete edition instead,i already got this game and i didn't use the key of course and i can't get the refund immediately,the support said need to wait another customer bought and acctivated it and then give me the refund. After someday i bought transformer :war for cybertron on this site,first block the order,said need to check my ID. Ok i passed it and after that,it told me the steam key isn't get ready,but rediculiously the game is still in stock.”

“Validation system doesn't seem to work as I always get status pending due to my mobile number being "invalid". Usually it gets sorted out pretty quickly but no real replies this time, just automated emails.”

“bought a game and it created a new steam account to use the game. So now I have no friends on my list and i have to use a whole new account to access 1 game. What a terrible method to hand out a key.”

“I bought ESET Internet Security 1 PC 1 Year CD Key from them and i got email This email The invitation to use ESET Internet Security sent by ******************@gmail.com was withdrawn. And since 13 march Im just sending them screenshots and videos and everyone replay for me to send screenshots ! really ! SPAM !!!!”

“Bad seevice you dont want to give my money back i purchase accidently fifa 22 and you say foolish thing only when you sell the key i get the money back. Then did you alr sold this key? I want the money back”

“1st problem: despite the claim that you get immediate 'keys' my VISA was held up (despite multiple verifications). I asked for order to be cancelled. 2/ took 2 days for support to respond. Payment was OK. However order was not cancelled as I asked for. 3/ I got keys from another source, however I decided after 4 weeks or so to recover what I paid for. Password they sent not working, had to create new one. 4/ order I paid for has 'expired' - contacting support 5/ password which they just sent again not working, I would need to create another one. 6/ every time you log in you need to click on 'I am not a robot' button (basically giving them permission to mine data from your browser. 7/ however attempt to recover keys initiated email to give this review. 8/ My rating is F - for freaking horrible. So much wasted time.”

“Cjs cd keys for me personally were absolutely crap Ordered a xbox 12 month subscription code for europe as i live in europe and my xbox is and mircosoft account are United Kingdom based and it didnt work and instead of assisting with the issue i had to bring up case to pay pal to resolve as they tried over and over again to brush it off and say the code worked in europe when it clearly didnt”
