“Very disappointed with this company. The process is extremely frustrating and they offer zero support at all. I made a purchase yesterday and was told that the key would be sent as a gift to my steam account within 10 minutes of receiving a friend request. This is did not happen, i have contacted support multiple times with no response. It seems like a scan in my experience. Do not buy from them.”

“Would leave zero stars if it was an option. Code supplied was faulty and did not work, contacted customer services and was offered a refund which I accepted. They are now refusing to honor this even though it is in their own terms and conditions. Do not buy from this company.”

“I was given an invalid windows 11 pro product key and have contacted customer service about it who has only taken one look at my case asked for product ID which I replied to 3 minutes later and it's now been a day and I still haven't had any further responses. Don't waste your money like I did.”

“I bought a Windows 10 Home key from them a couple of years back, but didnt need to use it in the end. When I have come to use it now, it will not authenticate the Windows install. Spoke to Microsoft and found that the code supplied was a MSDN key for developers only and should not be available to general public. Tired to contact CJS CD Keys, but they just keep ignoring me”

“Selling keys that are out of stock, promising delivery in a curtain time frame and falling to deliver within it. Yes I have received it now (24 hours late) , but not had a single response or acknowledgement from these guys. 3rd purchase and its been the same every time. I won't use this service again.”

“I have NEVER had such a BAD experience with a website like this 1 i bought a game some kind of phantom Steam account 2 access it. steam wont recognize any of the # s & letters i was given. VERY Vague instruction on how 2 access the game to begin with, I called them 5 TIMES only 2 get a recording saying that there NO agents available leave your ph# & e-mail that was 2 hrs ago, still no phone call, they did take there money right away though, WHY WHY WHY? not just give me a damn Steam Key?Ill NEVER do business with this web site again. “Took my money ignored my emails / tickets and no refund issued when you goto auto key it said key generated yet in the box says they can’t fulfil a pre order but the games been out years I have ordered it twice like they asked but still no I’ve been scammed”
