“Purchased keys for Football Manager 2022 and Football Manager 2022 Editor today. Neither key is functional, have requested refund & have still heard nothing back from CJS CDKeys. I don't know how long it will take this company to contact me back or refund my payment, only reason why I have not submotted more detail yet.”

“After several days of sending emails back and forth, my windows 11 key did not work. They sent me a 2nd one and it didn't work. I have had no replies today. I will claim it back through PayPal, its been 5 days.”

“Bougth a game for xbox, the key came first after 3 days, but the key dont work. I have tried for 1 month now to get My money back, but this company wont. There is no help to get, they cheat and dont care”

“1. Ordered game 2. Had to verify phone number 3. Successfully verified phone number, but 2 minutes later says failed 4. Order has to be manually done/ sent out 5. Wait 24 hours for email 6. Gets sent invalid key :) Very outdated system and website. Although CJ's keys are usually cheaper, there are MUCH better alternatives. I have heard from many people that CJs is great and very quick. Definitely not in my experience. I will probably just stick to CD-Keys”

“I feel scammed. I purchased and paid for a MS Ultimate Game pass. This is the result on the download page (https://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/autokey/getkey.php?id=28xxxxx): ----start quote---- Your Key: Hmm. Something's wrong. The key appears to be blank. Sorry for this - it can happen sometimes if our system encounters an error with the supplier. Please write to contact@cjs-cdkeys.com with your order ID, and we will fix this 'blank key' issue for you. If you try to enter the code into your Games Console, it will possibly say "invalid key". You MUST activate on the website link above for the code to properly redeem. ----end quote---- I contacted sales support. They replied they would fix it, but nothing has been fixed yet. It's 1 month almost.”

“I paid for a code that didnt work. 2nd code didnt work sent screenshots to prove it and still not got a refund. They tell me its valid i must do it on a phone to activate. Thats not what i want. Not happy bad service!!!”

“What a big con ! These people are nothing short of thieves ! These people sold me a key for Microsoft SQL 2019 with a link to software that no longer exists ! After complaining I was sent 3 more links to download the software that were invalid ! I was not able to obtain the software and they have refused to give me my money back . And these robing people are still selling the key for Microsoft SQL 2019. They need reporting to trading standards .. ! I did NOT get a refund!!!!”

“The key i purchased did not work. I tried to get a refund but the refund form was impossible to fill in because it asks for a picture of the key fail page but the picture has to be less than 100mb impossible on a new phone i would not use these again”

“Awful service. Code never worked. Spent over a week going back and forth with them and they refused to refund, so ended up needing to do a charge back on credit card and PayPal.”
