“Price for products are amazing, BUT trying to install the purchased item has been an experience I don't wish upon my worst enemy. it has been 3 hours and still i am unable to install the program. my computer has windows 11 and CJS cannot answer my request as to how I install the program, VERY DISAPPOINTING”

“Codes purchased for AIDA64 turned out to be illegal. Waste of money, I clearly wrote to the support that such keys are in the internet for free, so I got a standard formula (we ask for a picture if the code works ...) I have the impression that no one reads and understands the issue of the problem.”

“I currently have 2 keys that are not working that I have purchased. One key is for Windows 10 Home (it says the key is invalid), the other key is for Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student (it says that the maximum number of installs for this item has been reached). I click the form to report "Problem with Key" for the Windows 10 Home and received an email stating someone should be in touch in 2 hours (we are now on day 3). Today I clicked to report the bad key for the Office 2019 and..... the form has been removed by the owner. I have tried to call the customer service number several times and nobody answers and when you leave a message, nobody calls back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE FROM SOMEPLACE ELSE. RUN AWAY AND RUN FAST from this company.”

“Pathetic customer service, barely responded and now just not doing it at all. I ordered an item (while it was in stock) at 30th of January. Now its 9th of February. Guess what, my item is still didn't came and in the meanwhile ran out of stock. I don't know if i should laugh or cry. Comedy of a company.”

“I have bought a digital game yesterday and my code just shows pending i have send emails after emails but no answer. I have paid for it the money is out of my account but no code i cant even cancel if because it is in pending stage this is ridiculous.”

“I'm a customer since 2014, made lots of purchases since and recommended lots of friends. Suddenly on today's purchase after almost 10 years my purchase is being held up until confirmation where they ask for my passport and real address! Learn how to respect your regular customers. You have tons of work to do.”

“I ordered the project zomboid global key code for steam and I clicked on the code to put it on steam but it says that I didn't get any code and I didnt order anything but I checked and you took 9 euros from my credit card first time it ever happened to me with you and I want my money back!”

“Bought a Windows 10 key from them and it didn't work. Asked for a replacement and customer service got to me the next day and provided one. Except it was just the exact same key again, this time relabelled as 'replacement key'. I went through their complaint system again, and got radio silence other than confirmation that the complaint was received for several days now.”

“2nd time I have purchased a key and received nothing but issues the 1st key had to be refunded and still haven't received then 2nd and its over 24hours later and no further forwards. STAY AWAY !!!!!!”

“They sell cheap keys. I was trying to buy a windows 11 home key, their site says that the key is "in stock" but when you try and retrieve it, you will be greeted with a "the key is in back-order, please wait 2-12 hours". I have waited 12 hours and counting and the sales rep is still saying they still don't have the key. I then canceled the order for a refund, but they will charge you 1 pound for cancellation fee.
