“I will never use your company again. I had one key that worked, and one that didn’t. I spent more than a week jumping through hoops with your customer support to no avail. I asked for a refund with the intent of buying a U.S. key instead but no avail. As I already said I will never use your company again. The few dollars I saved is not worth all the time I’ve wasted dealing with your employees, moreover now I have to spend another 70+ dollars on top of what I wasted here.”

“They absolutely don't care about the customer. Product key did not work. They didn't refund me. They didn't propose a solution. I purchased Xbox GamePass Ultimate for 6 months on 30/08/2022. Instructions were very clear and I followed them. The product key was not activated. Then: 1) I contacted support - they recommended to install other VPNs (for additional subscription fee). 2) I installed other VPN - didn't work 3) I received Email from support with the aknowledgment of the problem. Promised to refund within 1-2 days. 4) 5 months passed. I reminded many times - no refund.”

“I bought a key such didn’t work. Then when I asked for a refund I was told they don’t usually refund (even thought it was their mistake) but they will this time. They told me it will take a few day and I’m still yet to receive the refund weeks later.”

“Very bad service. Customer care response very poor. Having paid for a product I have sent several mails to acknowledge payment but no response. This is almost 3hrs after payment I have not received my product and no response is forthcoming.”

“after 3 attempts at taking my payment it eventually worked, nothing in the transactionwent smoothly, had to enter my details and bank details 4 times. Eventually got the key for the game, got it downloaded on steam, and the game is terrible, you stear a vehicle and it works or doesn't work, you drive in a straight line and it will just veer off to the side, you have to steer in the opposite direction to get it straight, then it all of a sudden rectifies and you just end up crashing every 50 yards, unplayable and crashed twice, some things just don't work. all this in an hours gameplay, most of that was trying to change settings to get t to work and reinstalling the game, worst gaming experience i have ever had and I have played hundreds of games.”

“Purchased a key for MS Office and it didn't work, "already in use". Been fighting for a week now to get a refund..... Response from Support was good the first couple of days but lately been ghosted. Not sure I would ever use this site again.”

“I was waaaaaitng for my required sms verification, before being allowed access to my purchased digital download code. But not until I finally gave up and submitted the required pin-code area blanc, the website approved my pin code as "correct" and redirected me to the download code. wtf? Furthermore, the key did not work. Although being the correct game, the key I was delivered expired in 2019.”

“Ordered Office Professions 2021 - Still hadn't received key more than 24 hours later, contacted support via support case; no reply; spoke with an agent on live chat who left the conversation unfinished and would not acknowledge request to cancel and refund. Unable to cancel on own website because they claim to have keys in stock (3000+) Forced into having to log dispute via Paypal. Joke of a service and support team.”

“Ordered PSN 12 month subscription and the code would not be accepted. Their trash support system wouldn't accept screenshots (which they required) over 1mb. I had to reach out to support directly, provided the screenshots and all they did was tell me I was a moron and refuse the refund. Process with their support team took roughly 2 weeks before I chargebacked.”

“DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I BOUGHT A KEY 8 MONTHS AGO FOR USA REGION THEY SOLD ME A KEY FOR ANOTHER REGION AND EVERY 3 MONTHS THEY SEND A EMAIL SAYING THEY ARE FIXING THE PROBLEM AND WILL HAVE A SOLUTION IN 2 TO 3 DAYS. ITS BEEN OVER 8 MONTHS. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. THEY SELL YOU PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT WHAT YOU PAY FOR. TRIED TO EMAIL THEM AGAIN AND THE TICKET IS CLOSED.”

“Paid for a code code didn't work. Wrote cjs cd and told them a bout it took forever to respond, then they told me they would be giving me a refund and it NEVER HAPPENED, I will never in my life use Cjs cd keys again I took the lost but never again will I put my trust into this bogus company. I never got a refund and that game was for my child disappointed 🤬”

“I bought Paint Shop Pro, after having trouble with getting the site to accept my correctly entered CJS CD key, managed to complete the purchase at a very decent price. I have received the product code and registered it on my Corel.com account. I now have absolutely no idea how to download it onto my laptop. I could see nowhere on the site, or on the Corel site to do this. Maybe if I was remotely computer savvy it would be obvious, but at present my purchase effectively does not exist ! If AFTER the purchase there were some clear instructions I'd not be in this situation.”
