“Awful service. Code never worked. Spent over a week going back and forth with them and they refused to refund, so ended up needing to do a charge back on credit card and PayPal.”

“I purchased a product key for Steam but could not activate it. I requested a refund from the support team, but after nine hours I still have not received a response. I am now going to dispute this with PayPal. This is not a trustworthy shop, everyone please be careful.”

“I purchased a key for Aida64, but when trying to activate the software the key was blacklisted, activating not possible with this key. So I filed a complaint with CJC. They answered, after also uploaded a screenshot with the problem, it should be resolved in max. 2 days. After a week: no result. So, 1 star.”

“I mean already from the start they list it an item as a redeem key but when I try to get the key it's actually a steam gift, so already a lie there. Steam gifts keeps giving "unknown error" so nice waste of money :)”

“unfortunately i have to put 1 star, worst service ever. i bought a cd key and went to retrieve the key but nothing was generated. i have emailed and have been reassured i will have my key. i have asked for a refund.... STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE.”

“Purchased a 12 month Game Pass Ultimate key which was delivered as 4 x 3months (not stated when I purchased). It was a VPN key and I activated the VPN, the first code didn't activate, the 2nd did, and the other 2nr codes did not work.”

“Did not offer sufficient indication of the region I could redeem code. Customer support took way too long of a time to respond and proceeded to not offer a refund so I had to file a dispute with PayPal.”
