“Arnaque payer pour une clé de jeux inexistante, Jbai demandé un remboursement qui pareil n'a jamais été fait. Le service client et inexistant malgré les diverses messages envoyés. Une bande de voleur. 1ere achat et le dernier. Maintenant rembourser moi rapidement je déconseille fortement”

“I bought an xbox code from them and it didn't work, and they didn't do anything to solve it, I don't recommend cooperation, luckily I didn't buy in 12 months, but only the trial version. Fraudsters”

“I bought a game on April 28, I could not redeem it instantly, when I went to redeem it the next day, it tells me that it is no longer available, I contact Customer Service and for almost 20 days, they tell me that the seller says that if it is activated, despite the photographs that I have sent them that say no, I'll see if I open a dispute in paypal”

“I brought a 6 month Xbox live from here but when I bought it the code did not work I contacted customers service daily for 5 days and then had a reply (by that time I'd bought another one else where) where it took another 2 days to sort the code after explaining that I had bought another one else where they agreed to a refund but 3 months later still no refund and the company no longer replies to emails etc. Will never ever use them again poor customer service!!!!!!!!”

“I purchased an item listed specifically as a STEAM KEY, on multiple instances, for the game tabletop simulator. Only after checkout it turns out that it was not a STEAM KEY but a STEAM GIFT. Not only this is not what I paid for, but if you are interested in steam gifts you can find them cheaper elsewhere.”

“Gave an EU locked code while the store page claimed region free. When attempted to refund, was told they would put the code back in circulation and if it sold I would get store credit as a "gesture of goodwill". Steer clear of garbage site.”
