“License ran out after a few months”

“The shitiest company ever. To get my paid CD key I need to _verify_ my phone number and them wait for a long time for order to be processed. Additionally they think it is normal to request ID verification. The company looks like a fraud to get your verified data to sell it further.”

“Company sent wrong link unknown to me wasted many many hours trying to solve company resent another link TOTALLY incompatible to my system then told me it was not their policy to refund !!! their error twice”

“Paid for a Pre-order of Diablo IV Standard Edition well in due time for the release date which was the 6th June, there was a message in red on the Auto key page when you attempt to collect it that you'll recieve the key by or on the 6th of June. I was not acknowledged at the time or before that there was a fulfilment issue which isn't my job to do neither should I have to chase up why I didn't recieve my item, I for one have been told to leave it for up to 12 hours which in my eyes working in the customer service sector, that doesn't bode well neither does it give me much confidence as a customer. I feel undervalued and quite frankly I will not be placing any further Pre-orders with CJS CD Keys I will be going elsewhere as this has put me off the website almost in that regard of securing a Pre-order while being able to access said key on the release date at the earliest convenience. I tried to collect it about midnight and therefore after half an hour to a full hour almost then being told to wait almost 12 hours at the worry that I may have just wasted my money. Appalling customer service I was expecting quick responses not whenever that individual felt it was necessary to do so! You can't do this in-person so why do it when you are hiding behind a screen? The price was good but delivery? Appalling. You need sort out the communication with between support team and customers and re-look at the whole system as it'd out-dated clearly. Cd Keys don't have this issue.”

“Suuuuuper shady. Had to insert phone number for "anti-fraud check up", supposedly got a text message with a PIN (it didn't arrive), entered a random 6 digit PIN, magically it was "verified" and was "correct". Then the page said the game wasn't released, yet. Had to reload, got a key, activated it on steam, and it worked. But sheeesh. Feels like that could've gone either way. Super shady.”

“The MS Office key I bought from CJS was already activated by its legal owner. This was not a 'New and unused' key as claimed on their website. The only support offered was a generic email instructing me to follow the instructions. I actually already know how to install a program onto my computer and do not normally need to use 'workarounds' and 'hacks' to get things working.”

“what a trgic way of reddeming a code.....i was expecting a key of the game and they sent me instructions of logging out my steam account and log in to someone elses account and then do and do hacks...what a tragic way....”

“I had bought Nintendo game key on May/21, the code can't be recognised. Customer service feedback is very slow, still not solve it 2 weeks later. I can't get my replacement or refunds till now, it is not a reliable company.”
