“It’s been 6 days and no key. I received an email saying it was available on auto key. I went to collect and have the same issue. Customer service has been virtually nonexistent. Seems like I’ve lost my money on this one…”

“The customer service is the slowest I've ever seen. I must through an anti fraud check. I'd card date and time on a letter, photo send & after 20 hours nothing! I've paid nearly 50 bucks for Diablo 4 and I don't ha e my key yet, 20 hours! 20 hours in which you have my money, but I don't have my game. The telephone number creates only a new support ticket, no one called me back yet. The support tickets are not processed at all, it seems to me. I'm really angry”

“I paid for a windows 11 pro key. Paid by PayPal. However they mailed me saying I had to have an account to retrieve the key so I signed up. Then they wanted my credit card number and the security number. I do not like giving this out to anyone. So I have paid for something I cannot receive. Cowboys”

“Website full of adverts and links. Item took nearly 24 hours to arrive, by which time I had purchased elsewhere taking only seconds (couple of pounds more but worth it). Also cancellation option unavailable, so had to collect key. The key worked but not impressed with the speed of transaction or clarity of the website.”
