“Bought a call of duty copy and paid £20 extra for the vault edition as it was advertised as instant delivery on release date. I triple checked this before purchasing as most of their games have a 72hr delay. As soon as the confirmation came through, I was emailed to say theres a 72 hour delay and since complaining, they have said they advertised it as instant but it isnt. So because they lied now I have to wait and are telling me its fine and i should just wait. I've asked for a refund and its been ignored. AWFUL service.”

“Hi The purchased MS Office 2021 key was received immediately upon purchase via email, the download from the indicated Microsoft site was smooth and installation was completed with no issues. The feedback questions asked following my feedback do not appear relevant for a the download key purchase for this item, though they are optional. Thank you Connell”
