“Bad post-purchase service since I have tried to contact them to solve the problem that I have bought a key for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Ultimate Edition and they have given me the standard version and they do not give me any solution. They answered my first message but they haven't said anything to the others.”

“I would like to think that you deal with problems better than mine first i got in touch and got told it was my computer, cookies ect then when i went back to the site it keeps saying my post code is wrong, then when i tried to make a new account i found out you do not list the uk on the list. i did pass the info back in the contact tab but no one came back to me it would be better if they got back in touch if you do not want me to buy more keys you just have to ask”

“I tried to buy a Game Pass Ultimate key using a VPN service as I had done for the past few years with CJS CD Keys. This time it seems Microsoft have gotten wise to the move and are not allowing me to add the code. I am not sure I want to buy the premium service from NordVPN to see if I can get the code to work there, as it negates the whole idea of a cheaper code. The response from customer service was "the code was delivered, so no refund". That's £32.99 that I won't get back so please be warned that the responsibility lies with you if there are any issues with getting the code to work.”

“Bought stellaris and pretty much all the dlcs bar the newer ones and all of the keys got delivered , had some trouble with a couple of the keys but the support was very helpful (Cecil and Dave thanks) Will be purchasing more keys from here easy process and saved me a bunch of money.”
