I don't often write reviews, and in truth, if I do it's usually because they are negative. This then is something of an exception but that's because I feel the service I have received from CJS-CDKeys is exceptional. I was trying to transfer a licence I purchased from them a couple of years ago but ran into trouble with the Microsoft activation process. I sent them an email explaining my problem but didn't hold much hope. Well, was I wrong, I got a response almost immediately! Not an automated reply but a service "real" person. They suggested a couple of things to try reassuring me that if I needed further help I could get back to them. I tried their suggestions but without and luck so I emailed back to let them know. That was early evening on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend so I didn't expect to hear anything from them for a few days. Well, I was wrong again! they got back during the week-end with a new link to set-up my license. First class service. I have also just purchased another package/key from them which, as usual with CJS-CDKeys, downloaded and activated without any hassle or fault.
