“Refusing to refund me. It’s been 3 days, I requested a refund on the basis I did not want to provide ID + residency contract etc. I requested a refund immediately and they have not responded to any requests in days. They took my money and refused to refund me, I am currently working on a refund via PayPal. I would not recommend buying from them, they literally scammed me.”

“shocking service took ages to actually get the key,and when i entered it in to microsoft i got an error because they couldnt find the key.It says to contact key seller but after doing that i wouldnt advise it unless you particularly like hassle.Steer clear”

“Dave my email contact did not deliver a working key after paying up front. Emails back and forth and still no key. It is their fault they say but still no key or refund. Very frustrating as I feel have have been cheated out of my money. I would not recommend CJS CD Keys company to anyone as all they have done is taken money under false pretence of giving me a key for my software. Still no refund. Wasted so much time chasing my key and refund.”

“I have ordered a key for a game, they have given me one that is not valid for Epic games, as I said, I demand a solution and they do not act for it, plus they do not give any alternative, such as a refund and that's it. BAD EXPERIENCE”

“Order 3327683 I purchased Star Wars Battle Front on Saturday 2nd December and wasn't able to access my key as it says Decrypted CD Key. I emailed the company and even though I provided a screenshot showing I couldn't access my key they said I had collected the autokey. I have emailed them several times which they have ignored, so I raised a new ticket to which they replied and said I would be put to the back of the que as I already had a ticket open, I would be contacted within 12 hours. yet I contacted them 48 hours ago and still didn't reply. I usually buy off CDKEYS which is a really good company, I am now going to have to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Customer Service is rubbish and obviously a rip-off company!!”

“I got a key for Microsoft office professional plus 21 but I had to download something with 4.7 gb and my computer gave me a warning not to download or open it. I could not ignore the advice of my software and abandoned the process. As I got the key already I was not entitled to a refund.”

“First and final time buying here. I bought Resident Evil 4 remake code to be activivated using a VPN. First, they failed the security check and I had to wait a lot of time to someone to approve the code, then I found out that there were no codes and I had to wait a "maximum" of 12 hours to be delivered a code... That was yesterday, 24 hours ago. Seeing comments from other buyers, I am sacared to open a ticket because they say they just send a random code out of nowhere that doesn't work just to tell they did their work.”
