“I tried calling the customer service number and it didn't work. My game I ordered said ten + in stock yet when I order it's supposedly out of stock. Customer service is shocking and they take ages to reply.”

“Extremely painful validation system. Their “fraud validation” system is absolutely the worst. It’s 2020 and not 1990. Unbelievably poor customer experience.”

“Buy product again. Last time December and key don't work still waiting for close case. Now again order and still no key. Kupiłem produkt dwa razy jeden w grudniu gdzie sprawa jeszcze nie jest rozwiązana i dziś zamówiłem produkt i ciągle brak klucza.”

“I'm really disappointed with CJS CD Keys. I've paid for an Xbox Live 12 months subscription code by bank transfer and I haven't put the order number as reference but explained immediately with an email and giving my account number and sort code; as a reply I was told that it takes 4 to 5 working days to shows in their systems?? First of all a bank transfer from a UK bank account to another UK bank account to say the least it is instantaneously and having the details already this query should've been solved within 2 days the most, it has passed 4 days and not even a reply. This is not a joke, I've wasted time and money which at this point, definitely I would not see the ordered code or my money back. Please think twice before ordering with them, this is not a joke.”

“Wouldnt recommended. Been over a month now trying to get a refund in a CD key. All they keep on saying is read the page were u bought it from. I've done everything it says to the book. But still says key not recognised. I even contacted Bullguard themselves and they confirmed it wasn't a right key. No refund as of yet ignoring my email I think so if you reading this. “Advised it was in stock then when I purchase I had to wait 2 days to get the code and the page wasn’t working properly it took me a few times to get it sorted. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“Eine Unverschämtheit vergebene oder bereits entwertete keys zu verkaufen und dem Käufer dann nicht zu entschädigen. Ich habe 2 spiele gekauft und beide keys sind schon verwertet worden. Der Verkäufer schreibt mir ich solle ein Support Ticket bei steam erlffnen, warum? Habe hierzu einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet der das hoffentlich mir zugunsten klärt! Ich kaufe ab sofort wo anders!”
