“I had to buy another license because the previous one was no longer valid and because I tried to get cjs to solve the problem and after following the claim process it doesn't work. I have not been able to change the password for another that works. I've definitely thrown the money away. I hope I have more luck with this because it will be the last one as I have problems again”

“dont think ill be doing it again making people think that there keys are invalid even there help query page does not work as it just freezes a the end unable to submit it”

“CAUTION FRAUD they are cheaters you buy a key that should receive 12 months psplus and you only get 1 month. and the support slips you too. hsbe sent 20 msl screenshots and then came a response from the support that you need screenshots. CAUTION FRAUD”

“Ordered two gta v online 8mill cards at 7pm last night and still stuck on awaiting fulfilment so go to auto key to get my codes and get a error message so that’s £84 down the drain have now opened a dispute with PayPal be aware”

“Product did not clearly stated as requiring a EU IP address to play, only that is required one to activate - the product page clearly states it is "REGION FREE". They would not work to resolve this.”

“THEY TAKE YOUR GAME / ACCOUNT AFTER A FEW MONTHS I purchased Red dead redemption 2 when the title came out a few years ago (JAN 2019) and loved the game I played it for about 2 months and stopped as I completed most of the game. Bear in mind the game was £40 at the time and I paid the full amount managed to get the account I paid for with the game on (after loads of difficulty obtaining the game) but I managed to get it going. I wanted to return to the title that I legally own but when I tried the account didn't exist and I no longer had access to the game. I enquired and tried to get the game back or a refund and both where declined as they "don't support keys after 3 months since purchase" . Worst customer service, I gladly would've paid an extra £5 on amazon if I was able to keep the game I bought!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY”

“Code does not work. Support very slow to respond to query. Too many complicated steps to follow and screenshots that can not be bigger than 1Mb. If you are not computer literate then you don’t buy from this company. Still waiting for refund after 8 weeks. Very upset and disappointed.”

“Storefront claimed to be in the process of re-stocking a product (specifically a product key for a video game). It said the product would be available in 2-12 hours. I didn’t mind waiting, so I went ahead and bought it. The site took my money, and when I tried to get my key, began a process of fraud checks. OK, fine; that’s not too unusual. They asked for a phone number to send a confirmation code via SMS. Again, fine; not too unusual. I put in my T-Mobile phone number (the same number I’ve had for 15 years now), and it said my phone number was “medium risk” and they couldn’t accept it. Funny, my BANK has no problem using it to send banking information. So I entered the number of my AT&T work cell phone. Again, “medium risk.” This is a secured device. That makes no sense. The only number it would accept is my house phone, which is a land-line. That wouldn’t be TOO much of a problem (for ME anyway, but most people don’t HAVE land-lines anymore!), except their system refuses to do an automated call and only sends SMS. You can’t get SMS on a land-line. So now I have to write the name of the site on a piece of paper and photograph it along with my driver’s license and a copy of my utility bill. What?! To be fair, they let me cross out account numbers and such; but that is a RIDICULOUS set of hurdles to go through just to buy a video game! So finally, I get through their fraud system and I wait. 12 hours pass. No product. Fine, it’s Friday. Seems like an automated system, but maybe it’s not and they don’t work weekends. The weekend passes. No product. Fine. It’s memorial day. Maybe they don’t work that day. Tuesday comes. Wednesday. Thursday. It’s now been a WEEK since I paid for something that said it’d be ready within 12 hours. I finally just went with an alternate vendor and asked for a refund. This was an *awful* experience, and I’m *definitely* not ever using this site again.”

“It's a shame, this site has lots of potential yet their customer service lets them down. Purchased a game, advert stated I would get a steam key to redeem on steam, instead it was a friend request in order to gift the game within steam. Fine, it worked, was able to receive the gift, just a shame the game didn't work on my system. Requested a refund, abuse received instead. Wish I had bought direct from Steam now as would have cancelled order and received refund. Oh well, you live and learn. Guess some companies don't give a damn about consumer rights.”

“Keep away from this firm, please do not waste your time. Advertising for fake stuff only works for few days just aiming for getting unjustifiable money from customers. I should have respected and believed the many customers who gave them very bad review before ordering. I urge you not to deal with this firm.”

“After I purchased the Key Code, and verified my phone number by text. I still couldn’t view my code. I was asked to verify my phone number again and it kept telling me that my number wasn’t a secure number. Never got what I paid $11 for... Very disappointed....”

“Isnt an oem key as detailed on Google. We weren't able to type it in to activate our existing copy of office. No refund or help from seller only a link to install another copy of office from them. Dont waste your money”
