“I bought a CD key for Elder Scrolls Elseweyr. The key did not work. Since that Day i have been in Contact with support. I have dpne everything they asked me to. Sending screenshots, Contact Betheseda, try different things but nothong works. They claim that i do not have the full game. I do have the full game. Betheseda days the key is faulty. CJS refuses to pay me back. I have demanded My cash back and to talk to solen One in Charge but nothing. Just bad excuses. Dom not buy from this site! They have the worst customer Care i have ever withnessed.”

“I was disappointed because the key did not work for my Windows installation. Vendor explained that I had to download Windows using the provided links. Otherwise it would not work. When I realized that it would not work for my installation, I asked for refund but was rejected.”

“Do not shop here! Purchased a key from CJS and it said it had been returned when I tried to redeem it. Won’t give me a new key or refund my money. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Spend your money somewhere else.”

“I do not recommend. Scammed. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible. I purchased a key with the promise of it not being region locked—however it was (Europe only). I live and work in Japan. Although I received a key, I received several errors when I tried to redeem it on my Xbox One. Saying “Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region. This code was purchased in a different region and cannot be redeemed.“ Customer support was initially responsive and very helpful, but quickly reneged on promises of providing either a “fully working replacement key or a full refund.” After almost a month of waiting, the only “solution” provided to me was to change my region to Europe and use a VPN to force the key work. This is unacceptable and not what I originally hoped for and purchased from this company. As an “alternative” they’re offering me store credit; but how can I trust the same thing wouldn’t happen again? Especially since they told me this was a “supplier” issue. Or they’ll refund me is someone happens to buy this code for the same game (laughably unlikely, as it’s an old game), and ONLY THEN could I finally be refunded. Who knows how many other people they’ve done this to, but the whole process is so exhausting the poor souls probably don’t bother to leave a review. A total scam, and an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. I’d recommend finding another way to get your games if you work abroad or travel often; don’t trust them!”

“Order one key for an Xbox one worked out successfully.. Tried to order 2 more keys for an Xbox one never received it ...the payment was taken out of my account and the key say it is available but haven't been redeem.. once you click on get key code a message pops up which say waiting on the company to approve payment.. contacted the company several times through email and still is NOT resolved.. Getting the run around .Been waiting 14 hours to resolve the matter.. best of luck to whom ever use this company.. I will be filing a fraudulent complaint on this company very soon.”

“Took money for products THEY DID NOT HAVE IN STOCK, but said it would be in 12 hours never came into stock heard nothing back... Then requested a refund and have not had it nearly a month later. STEER CLEAR”

“Made payment for Office 365 on 26 May funds left my account immediately (my bank confirmed this) yet CJS have said payment is not cleared! Have been back & forth with customer support but still no activation code. I don't like to leave a negative review but you have not delivered and no satisfactory explanation. I await the latest response from support but I'm not filled with confidence.”
