“Bought a PlayStation plus 12 months and I am still unable to access the code on autokey after 24hrs...Not able to attempt a refund .. and no reply to the ticket Never buy from CJS CD keys again”

“I spent hours trying to obtain the key I had paid for making many efforts. I went to bed feeling very angry and frustrated. Thankfully be the morning I was at last able to get the key. I suggest that anyone following my experience re-define the word"instant" to "some time in the future"”

“I spent hours trying to get the item I had paid for without success. I went to bed feeling very angry and frustrated, fearing I had been scammed. Thankfully by the next morning I tried once more to obtain my key and was at last successful. I suggest anyone else following my experience redefine the word "instant" to "sometime in the future"”

“The game GTA worked for maybe a week or two then it said my Xbox account needed the relevant sign in or the game was a trial and wouldn’t let me play the game. I have tried contacting the company for ages and it’s always the same thing.”

“Sorry, but by accident I opted for a US version of a product, I didn't even know there were other options as it was a gift. The refund process has been difficult to arrange and no success yet with a week past. Don't get this company mixed up with CD keys who I would recommend.”

“I ordered 2 Sharkcards from this company. My son plays a game called GTA5 online on X box one. upon receiving these E cards My son opened the email. well these are for PC {computer}. I contacted this company and was told they would refund 1 but the one he viewed I was basically stuck with or I could try to sell it. I wouldn't recommend this company to any one. I found this highly funny because My son does not play on a computer he is 12,”

“Not trustworthy! This company sold me two keys but I chose the wrong platform, they agreed to resell the keys and offer me store credit once sold. This was purchased in March 2020. I was informed that they had sold but the new customer said they had been activated already. CJS said they would not help me unless I obtain the details of who activated them. After speaking to the people CJS get there keys from, they informed me the one of these keys were activated in December 2019 and then other May 2020 after I gave the keys back. So I was sold and already activated key in the first place. Now I just get my support tickets closed, no sight of any refund after I did their job for them and tracked down the information and now I'm £40 down on what I had before trying this company. Communication is poor at best and I dont feel I'm getting my money back, so this is theft. Not sure if this review will make it to the main page, probably taken down by admins”

“The key I bought did not work, with the version of the game on Steam. I complained to CJS, sent them screenshots to verify my difficulties, without getting a full refund/or a new working key. Not satisfied at all. I still haven’t got my refund, and now it has gone approx 2 months.”

“well had trouble getting a dlc key to steam to work and couldnt rly get the solution to work so ended up buying a second key from steam it self. wrote this and got a reply saying since no longer needed support the ticket was changed to resolved aka i got to pay twice for the same dlc. xD”
