“To high on the price”

“Windows 10 code did not work. Would not follow-up as I didn’t have a screen capture of failed code, which I could not obtain without going through the reinstallation process again as I was forced to buy another code from a different vendor. The proof the code works should be with the vendor in my opinion.”

“Gave these guys a second chance after a bad first purchase. This has been just as bad if not worse. Bought 2 keys, one of which didn’t work. It’s been around 4 weeks now, still no further along. All they can blame it on is COVID-19, but the issue was the same before COVID. Never again.”

“Very unhappy with service. Key took over 3 hours to arrive whereas other sites are instant. Asked for a refund when it arrived which was agreed but still hasn’t arrived 1 month later.”

“I was unable to get into or use the Microsoft 365 lifetime license which I purchased. I had to purchase an annually renewable license instead as I urgently needed to be able to use the program. Very disappointed.”

“The key I ordered was never recieved, their support team didn't respond to any of my requests, and then when I finally managed to get through to them, they charged me £1 to issue a refund "as a processing fee" even though the key had obviously not worked. Very very poor service.”

“bought a CDkey that was adevertised as region unlocked, it was locked so useless to me no refund as what they do is put the cd key back up and you dont get a refund until someone buys it.....2 weeks still no refund. Took my money gave me a lied on the advertising and wont give my money back.”
