“I'm only giving a one star review because I can't give zero stars, this company's customer service is absolutely shocking. Buyer beware. Expect to have to fight for any kind of refund should you have an issue.”

“2 day of messaging then logging a paypal dispute, thats what it took to finally get the code Customer service is shocking. Constantly telling lies. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I'd of give no stars but its not possible. Not worth the hassle to save a few quid.”

“Still Waiting for my instant code 24 hours later. No reply from Facebook or email service, even opened a support ticket. I suggest you look at the Facebook page for all the complaints and shop elsewhere.”

“Poor service. Had to wait 2 hours for my code and then would not give me a refund, only a code to use on their website once my copy of a game sold (which I was told will take a few days). Three months later and still no code, so I had to settle it with a PayPal dispute. Awful customer service since they ignored most of my emails.”

“Absolutely disgraceful company, fleeced me of £20 plus quid for a Fifa game that’s now disappeared, told I should contact Xbox!! Please anyone using this site report via PayPal and trading standards, they’re gaining thousands from genuine people willing to trust them. I’m appalled they can get away with this, utterly disgusted!”

“Ordered a key . Out of stock...that was in MAY . Still no key and it now end of July !! When you email to ask where it is you just get BOG STANDARD AUTO REPLY !! ... No stock for Game please wait or get refund. YET THEY ARE STILL SELLING THE GAME !!! WTF !!! NOT ONCE has a human made any attempt to contact me !! But I get the same email telling me its solved and they are closing case ! So have to restart complaint again!! This is the 3rd time i have bought from them and the SECOND TIME I have had trouble getting my key. I would not recomrnd to my enemy let alone friends. Minus stars would be given if i could !!”

“Attempting to upgrade my laptop OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using this service has resulted in the registry being corrupted and now my laptop is locked. Very disappointed in this service as I will now have to pay for an engineer to repair my laptop.”
