“Bought some keys on Tuesday, There was a problem on the page so only managed to collect some of them on Friday, one was not available and another one was the wrong key. The one that was not available is not sorted and the other one still no news. Customer service is clearly terrible and looks like no one really is doing anything. Keeep in mind you might lose your money just like I did.”

“Brought my kid minecraft with explorers pack. Only received the explorers add on and not full game. Raised a ticked to only receive a generic email asking to attach photo of issue and order number. I had already done this on the initial ticket raised. Still nothing back from them and one upset child”

“Awful support, I ordered a game and received a faulty key. After gathering all the information the support promised a refund in 2 days max. It has now been over a month and I still did not get my money. Every time I try to contact support they promise to speed things up but still no refund”

“They're cheap, but a pain to access. My code was locked out for 'fraud checks'. It told me to check my email but I didn't receive one. I contacted customer service, it took days for them to resolve. Yeh, they're cheap, but they're not quick and easy.”

“Had to go through PayPal for my refund. Customer service was appalling. They told me that I would not be getting a refund and the best that they could do was to put the key back up for sale and credit my account with the £38 when someone else eventually bought the key?? Obviously that wasn’t happening so I said I was going through PayPal. They said to do it because I wouldn’t get a refund. Needless to say, PayPal refunded me and I’ll never use this company again!!!”

“I paid for a microsoft office key. It took you 3 days to send me a key that is already in use. Your customer service kept on asking me to send you screenshots to show the key doesn't work which I did immediately. After 3 times of repeating requests, a customer service representative sent me a message that the case was closed. When I emailed back to say the product doesn't work I still didn't get an answer. Poor job!!! Very disappointed.”

“I am still waiting on my key issue to be resolved and it has taken weeks and weeks and there seems to be no progress being made on my complaint. I am not happy as no resolution has been made since original compliant made weeks and weeks ago and the money has being taken from my account.”

“Ordered a 7 day Xbox live key and got a 14 day game pass subscription that took about 3 goes to continue without signing up for a direct debit. The hey itself was almost impossible to recover after payment from your site. The site also looks like a sketchy site.”
