“Never received the Windows key I paid for. I was then refused a refund, as the company said I had already claimed the code. Will not be using again.”

“I bought a sims 4 expansion key, but it was faulty and it did not work. So I got in contact with them asking for a new one. I provided screenshots of the key and my game library and everything they requested. They told me to wait 2 days max for more complicated cases... Its been 20 days now and I have messaged them 6 times trough those days, asking for a refund or another key and I haven't received either. Just the same promises of we are waiting for the supplier.. And when I asked for refund instead of a key my request was just completely ignored and they send the message again of "We are waiting for the supplier"”

“first time i purchase it litrally didnt say anything about the item being out of stock and then they said 2-12 hours till replenish and then they said 24 hours and now I cancelled and I've been waiting for 2 days to get my money back. secondly I made another purchase and you start menipluating again and ask for ID WHEN I ALREADY PAID ????????? EITHER GIVE ME MY FN CODE OR MY MONEY BACK NOWWWWWWW!!!!”

“Purchased a Steam key for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (2012), received a key for Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning (2020) instead. Even though its product page said Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning... Their support didn't see any issues since the key was already activated by me. (Hint: there's no such thing as key checking without redeeming on Steam)”

“I san you can only judge how good a service is by how the deal with something when something goes wrong. I ordered MS Office and with the minefield which is Office products, I made sure to read the MS Office product details they obviously have copied and paste from the Microsoft website. I required Office with Outlook and reading the detailed description of the product, it mentions FOUR times Outlook was included. After purchasing and installing the product, I discovered Outlook wasn't included in the version. I contacted support asking for a refund because the product description was obviously copied and paste from the a different version of Microsoft Office, as other features mentioned in the detailed description were also missing. However CJS CD believe that it is my fault that I read the wrong information they put on the product page. CJS CD know the information on that page is wrong because they added a footnote saying Outlook isn't included.”

“My son ordered the PlayStation plus paid straight away and still haven’t received anything have tried since 10 July and even with a bank statement showing they took the money and they reckon they don’t have the payment total waste of time they rip you off”

“Ordered and paid for my code a day ago and still waiting for them to send it to me. The site promises "INSTANT delivery" (they didn't) and any security checks to take "maximum 2 hours" (it's been a day, so far). Have also tried emailing them but to no avail. Never again will I buy from this company. I will be contacting PayPal for a chargeback.”

“Ordered some xbox codes over 7 hours ago and I still haven't got them. They claim to be doing a security check but that is only supposed to take a maximum of 2 hours, and it is obvious that that deadline passed hours ago. Emailed them but no reply. Looking at the feedback on here, it's clear that mine isn't an isolated case. Will contact PayPal for a chargeback. Won't be using this place again. No way.”
