“After receiving a fraudulent key. They send me a replacement. I didn't want the replacement I bought already a working key through a different and more reliable shop. But they did not listen to my complaint It is like talking to a wall. I asked for a refund! Scammers”

“Purchased a Sims key for my daughter back in May! that did not work. Still waiting on a refund, and get palmed off with excuses that they're waiting on a response from their supplier and we're now in October!! I will now be getting the financial ombudsman involved.”

“I naively gave a second chance since I got some credit stores that I could spend.Result they were unable to complete an order with mixed payment nor give me support to resolve it after weeks, not hours, as promised by their claims.”

“So many things wrong with this company, Do not get suckered in by their apparent cheap prices! They have a customer promise regarding timescales of delivery and communication response times... times that by at least three to get the actual time of delivery or response! They claim working hours but yet to discover when that is. Onto the failure to deliver products, no communication, no response just an email from an alternative email (went to my junk email 24 hours later after complaint) unlike the receipt of payment which landed in my inbox immediately advising that my delivery would be soon (in the next two hours but in extreme circumstances allow 12 hours). The email contained links which were confusing, click link A to activate this product through our own website redirection, click link B to download said product (larger file then the one from official site) then click link C to enter activation code contained in separate email but upon clicking the activation code it claimed I was doing something wrong. Then onto the refund process, firstly they are rude. They insult you then claim you are not following simple instructions. Then they want to charge you to refund the product that was late, not fit for purpose and from reading others complaints the keys are fraudulent, expired or limited access (I read mixed reviews before purchasing). I wouldn't know regarding mine as I cannot follow simple instructions to use it. Paypal dispute under way.”

“I have purchased a code for Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac. I was provided with the key but when trying to use it I just get a notification that I have no licens. I've been in touch with CJS customer service who replied once and asked for some details and now I haven't hear a thing from them ever since. Still not able to use the product I've purchased and not able to work on my computer. I had expected a more attentive customer service. Would never buy from this company again.”

“FAKE COMPANY, FRAUDULENT, USING FAKE PHOTOS. NO CONTACT ADDRESS AND ASKS FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENCE, BANK STATEMENTS ETC. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. STILL WAITING ON REFUND! 🤬”

“I don`t know why I bother. I thought after 2 years back until now that they would have improved but no. Ordered a Windows key and it doesn`t work at all. I gave them a chance but no answer from the admin team. The dispute will be taken up with paypal.”

“Office 365 with 5 licenses. Unfortunately it only works on 1 device. Spoke with support a number of times however the answer I got repeatedly was that the account is not for concurrent use. This should be stated clearly before the time of purchase. After that I tried to log out from one pc and into another but keys were not accepted.I just gave up. Will not be purchasing again from here. Very disappointed. I just lost my money so I expect a refund as I paid via PayPal.”

“Couldn't get the first key to work, after a long return form they offered a partial refund or another key. The second key also did not work. I couldn't face the returns process again so have up and lost 8.99”
