“I have accessed my account, clicked Autokey to Collect order, downloaded professional office 2019 file to my desktop. Clicked the file once downloaded and successfully installed office professional to my PC. I then proceeded to click Word to open the application and it is asking for an activation code to enable all functions???? I understood this should already be enabled after I downloaded and installed the Autokey files.. I have sent an email but no response back - if this doesn't work I will want a refund back!!”

“Don't ever buy from this shady site. I received Star Wars Battlefront 2 (classic 2005) instead of Star Wars Battlefront II (2017). Thanks a lot, assholes! Don't buy s*hit from here! You may get scammed!”

“Sent a fake key, denied sending a fake key, claimed it was user error and that I didn't understand the error and I should just enter the key again. I had copy/pasted it to make sure it was done correctly. This is the error message on the software vendors website: "This license has already been added to an existing my.eset.com account." So clearly the license was invalid, but all the support people would do is say : "kindly read the error carefully and add it again if not working kindly contact the activation support and they will fix it for you." So basically, we have your money, now go away. Stay well away from this fraud. Am now pursuing getting my money back via PayPal. Oh, and neither does the Autokey delivery system work. I had to ask support to release the fake key in the first place.”

“I have paid for nowtv 1 month sport pass using paypal but i got code which was in use First of all the whole process is so pathetic After paying through paypal you have to authorise the payment via transaction id. even after that they will ask you to authorise your phone and give otp. Phone number added was told to be risk phone number. Luckily i got another phone number which eventually worked. After all this trouble the voucher code i got was told to be in use. Again logging a complain against this such a terrible process and their website is so pathetic as texts and paragraphs are flowing like clouds and so unfriendly Awful experience and i am still waiting for refund from them. Stay away from them”

“I have now bought and regretted buying my third key from this company. Each time I have encountered SERIOUS issues with them. This will be the last time I buy anything from them. I purchased a key for assassins creed odessy and last communication I had from them was on the 1st of October. I bought the key on the 19th September. The customer service is shocking. They have no regard for their customers experience, are extremely unhelpful and do not care at all about the customers best interests. They think that having beautiful women’s pictures in their emails will help ease what they believe to be the majority of male complaints. This company is not one you want to get involved with. Yes they are cheap but they are cheap for a reason. If you encounter a problem and wish to have your money back they will only offer you an exchange to which you have to put up with the same problem all over again. Below is an image of the last communication which was apparently being looked at with the highest priority. Absolute joke. If you read this then I want all of my account credit which you are essentially holding ransom against me putting back into my back account. You don’t deserve it”

“I bought a key for Microsoft office only to find out that this is a product that Microsoft offer for free online as I already have it. Only offered a store credit as a refund if and when they sell the product again ! Would not recommend this company !! Felt I've been conned!”

“It took me 2 days of asking for a refund and putting in a dispute with PayPal for them to give me my key .don't recommend this company it has shocking customer service that is a automated bot that answers you every 7 hours”

“They send you emails asking for 5 star ratings regardless of if you've purchased something from them or not. There is an insensitive of a prize drawn which is shady. Any 5 star review of this company should be taken with a pinch of salt”

“**DO NOT USE** Bought a code for xbox live. Had to go through fraud prevention which delayed it by 24hours. Then the code was out of stock and would be restocked after 2-12hours...over 24hours later i was able to get the code only for it not to work. Saying it had expired. Reported on website and had to send loads of screenshots. Received response asking for more photos. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.”

“Awful company with awful customer support. I asked for a refund early today over the shamble with FIFA 21 codes. Same stupid email saying they look into my order, twice from a fake customer person with a fake picture. Never again will I use these cowboys”

“Cjs sold me an illegal/blocked code which was confirmed by Microsoft. I wrote to the customer service team to resolve. When they kept asking for different proofs which I sent several times they then told me they would only refund to store credit or charge me for the refund. I raised a dispute with PayPal. Cjs try to stop you raising a dispute with PayPal using threatening messages that you won't get your refund for ages and that they won't bother replying as quickly as they could. I also got an email saying I was "impatient" and that I would now go to the "bottom of their priorities". I found it all rather funny, I don't really care how long it takes but I trust PayPal to resolve and that cjs will not be getting a penny.”

“They send a fraudelent key, 3x5 characters, while Xbox only has 5x5 characters. Then they accuse you of buying the wrong product. While the productname says Xbox key. Then when you ask for a refund. They give you a replacement key. Then they say it's their policy do it like that. Then out of a sudden I have spended my credits they refunded to me. I never had credits and never asked for them.”
