“Ordered a product key from their site and never received it. Instead of giving me a refund like I asked they insistent on "trying to send me another key" twice and I still never received a key or refund. These people are a major ripoff and waste of money. shop at literally any other key site than this one”

“Ordered a game Phone authentication code didn't work Then they ask for a photo 2 forms of id including driving licence and passport? Never had such a performance ordering again Cancelling going elsewhere Not had this procedure before purchasing a game 🙈”

“Beware - make sure you know what you want and what you are buying or you end up with a key that does not work and no way to get a refund for their failure to provide you with the information that you need to make the right decision. No wonder they have a no refund policy! I'm surprised they still have customers.”

“Bought Office 365 and they sent me download links to Microsoft office official site... No key. Totally misleading. Second time in 3 transactions I've had issues with these guys. P.S. their complaints guy Cecil is a total conman. DO NO BUY FROM HERE!!”

“I purchased MS 365. I was given a link to download 365, however I still could not get 365 to work? There are a number of spam advertising pages when using link and site looks suspicious because of this. It looked like I had to download winzip for the installation looking at the pop ups? i downloaded Winzip which tries to scan my pc on boot up up now. Do not buy from this site. Total waste of time and money. I wasted my money and time”

“Since May 31, 2020 I have had nothing but the worst experience. I paid for the activation key, the website said in about 2 hours I would receive the activation key. That did not happen. Then they said 4 to 5 days for the money to be posted. It never got posted, the 4 or 5 days never passed I guess. Then whenever I contacted them, they always said the money has not been posted. Cecil M (Senior Support) kept promising but never delivering. I sent them a screen shot showing my bank had taken the money out of my account and given it to them. This has never mattered. It has been 3 months later and nothing has changed. This is the worst experience. These people must be the most incompetent folks around.”

“Do not use cjs cd keys. Ordered codes for office 365 on 26th May 2020 and now its 13 August 2020 but I still have no codes. They said they have not recived payment. They have recieved it and I have e-mailed proof of payment with a letter from my bank. I have sent numerous e-mails asking what is happening but just get one line answers back with no information on what they are doing to sort my issue.”

“Just a bit of a con. All sorts of additional phone verification steps with no purpose other than to get a hold of your number. Once you've paid and verified you get set a one time link to your code, which didn't even work. If you close that tab you cannot get back to your key in any way.”

“Terrible experience. Tried to checkout as a guest but it wouldn't recognise my email address so I had to register. Took 2 attempts to validate my phone number Still waiting on a code despite Autokey claiming the digital code could be accessed immediately. The only part of this transaction that went smoothly was taking the money out of my a count. Genuinely feels like I've been scammed.”

“Terrible, did not receive a key at all. First of all the list of products did not list my product which was Office 2016 key. When i chose the product closest to what I had purchased, it just took my to bogus MS page, no info at al there either, no KEY code no nothing. Then I went back and clicked on something else, a download of 4 GB started and I figured, great, i just had to guess and get lucky, but now I have Office it says, but it is not activated and there is no key for activation. BEWARE do NOT buy anything from this site, it has to be fake, probably some Russian fake site. In any case you will NOT receive a key or activation code!!!”
