“Absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY. Description claims that it is an account but you cannot even login with the basic account info they provide you to activate microsoft once downloaded onto PC. Acoount info can't be edited by you due to their settings so you can't even try to fix the problem yourself. Attempted contacting customer service for help but was told to look at product description - completely unhepful. Save your time and money - DO NOT BUY.”

“Customer service is nonexistent, phone numbers go straight to fake voicemail, codes are not delivered, and they delay your request for refunds until you're out of the PayPal resolution window.”

“I would not recommend anyone to do business with CJS JEY. They have system that is processing order and now providing the codes... I place 2 orders that I got charged for and I never received the codes... Their customer service is never available and they don't reply to their tickets...”

“Cant get my keys after purchase, says "Awaiting Payment" yet amount has been deducted, followed through instructions and web-page has been unresponsive after numerous attempts with their instructions. Helpdesk hasn't answered queries on the issues encountered.”

“Have paid for the PSN 12 m pass and not yet received this.been on the site for 40min now.entered my number/code as stated .then it says it’s wrong.which it’s not.tried 3 other mobile numbers.all say wrong.tried cancelling order.but it won’t let me saying waiting approval.no email or number to complain to.will need to call PayPal now to get a refund.very unhappy ☹️”

“Bloody rubbish. Didn’t get what I paid for and they didn’t do anything about it. Would never recommend them. I paid for 12months gold membership and received6 months game pass.”

“Sell Steam gifts advertising them as cd keys & then refuses to refund if you say you don't want to accept their friend request & Steam EULA breaching gift. Customer Service were also rude and unaware of their legal obligations. Had to go through Paypal dispute & force refund, which CJS tried to convince me would take 14days. Paypal ruled in my favour after 3hrs. I also reported them to the TSA. There are whole forums dedicated to hundreds of cases of poor customer service, plenty of screencaps too. Look them up. And, insanely, they emailed me asking me to leave them a review!”

“Tried to make my 1st purchase tonight, asked to verify my number, no problem code gets sent.... I entered it 3 times which failed and then got a message claiming that I cannot get my key due to fraud check and now you want to see two forms of id. Im sorry but no I'm buying a bloody £40 key card for a game what a joke.”

“I bought fifa 20 on the 26th of May. The key did not work and after going through the returns procedure I was told I would receive a replacement within a few days. It is now 2nd of July and after 20+ emails I have still not received any refund or replacement. The customer service has been horrendously inept. I ve been told another few days another few days over and over. Nothing.”

“This is the worst company I have ever done business with in my entire life. My recommendation would be to find any other option available before spending your money with this company. On April 25 I reviewed their website and after reading they provide 100% region free activation codes for the games they sell decided to purchase Far Cry V and Far Cry New Dawn. After jumping through hoops I was finally able to get the order placed. They provided me keys that were not valid for the USA. After jumping through more hoops I was able to get them to start the refund or key replacement process. On April 28th they sent me an email stating my resolution would be provided in 12 to 48 hours. Now here we are 63 days later and this company has neither provided valid replacement keys or processed a full refund which I am due since they did not fulfill my order. All communication with this company simply get me a reply they are working with their supplier to resolve my case. I did not purchase my games from their supplier and regardless of internal issues they have with their "UNKNOWN SUPPLIER" my issue should not be affected in any way. I will have no choice but to file complaints with both PayPal and Visa in an effort to get these people to issue a full refund which I am LONG OVERDUE!!!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU MAY REGRET IT!!!!!!”
