“Purchased a cd key that was meant be be a gift, when trying to claim I get an error - sent numerous screenshots to company but still no refund, keep asking for more of what they already received. Opened a claim with PayPal as a last result. There C/S make it impossible for you to get money back if something goes wrong. I have over 20 products from them and never had an issue but when something goes wrong be prepared you won't get any resolution ... They just lost few customers ..”

“Made a purchase on April 11th and the and key did not work so I requested a refund of a working game key. First they blamed me and said I had not followed the correct procedure of activation and in a series of short messages eventually saw that I had followed their instructions and send a slightly more apologetic email explaining issues will be resolved within 2-3 days at most with most being same day. I gave the required time for the issue to be resolved and 10 days later I have no working game key or refund. I’m very disappointed and I had previously been a long term customer and would recommend CJs CD keys but now I will not being doing that. I am still no closer to getting my money back and I have had to open a dispute with PayPal.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE I received a corrupted image file as my "game key" and then took about 10 days of asking for a solution, and then a refund. I received what seemed like very scripted responses, and had to literally ask for a refund 5 times. I eventually had to take it through PayPal and got a refund that way. So again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE”

“I bought a game, they send me a code to download game. I was not able to download game cause code was already used by someone else:((( I asked for new got , they said they need to check this case first and will comeback to me. Since then nobody comeback to me. I got useless code and lost my money. Be aware”

“When something looks too good to be true - it most likely is. I recently purchased a copy of GTA5 for my son's XBox - the activation code arrived within minutes - all good so far. He then tried to use the code to download a copy of the game only to find the code had already been activated. I duly contacted CJS CD Keys via their website and raised an issue via their ticketing system. Since then, the silence from CJS CD Keys has been deafening. No response, even to say "Sorry you lost". I won't be using this company again and will now urge my family, friends and colleagues to follow suit. Only buy from them if you want to hand away your money for nothing - they are unlikely to supply the goods. Would I use them again - not a chance!!”

“I purchased Grim Dawn Steam. said nothing about been out of stock. Purchase went through and then it said out of stock 2-24 hours delivery. I paid for a instant delivery and this was not what i got. it stated it showed it was out of stock on purchase which i thought i may have missed that. I asked for a refund but it ased for credit full amount £7.10 or to paypal £6.10 so i get a loss of £1. I thought i will never use this site again and took the £1 hit, and WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. I then went back to the store and checked the checkout process of purchasing the same game code... and nothing states it was out of stock. DONT USE THIS SERVICE - BAD EXPERIENCE and cost me £1”
