“Bought a key and tried to use it but has shown it was already redeemed and now they are giving me a hard time and most likely will not revive my money back and will have to open up a dispute on PayPal. Update: it’s now been a month with nothing done. No money back. No new key that worked. I gave them everything they have asked for and have got nothing back. Screenshots information etc.”

“Xbox key was already redeemed. When asked for a new key or a refund they just say ‘we have told our supplier and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible’. That has been going on for 3 weeks without anything more. Luckily I used paypal and WILL be getting my money back.”

“SCAM! Key was marked as "in stock" and instant delivery. As I started the payment the price suddenly was a few euros higher then it should be (no transaction fees or anything). I bought it anyway, but after the transaction has been confirmed the key was marked as "out of stock". I waited several days and still hadn't received anything, so I claimed to get a refund. After waiting for a week with no reaction i contacted them via paypal. Then again after a rather mindless conversation they said they would refund the money, but after waiting for another 2 weeks nothing happened and they didn't react to any further messages. Got my money back via paypal service.”

“Absolute scam, been waiting 5 months for a refund for a key that didn't work for a best selling game and still they say they need more time. Avoid at all costs !!!! Just look at all the dissatisfied customers comments on their Facebook page”

“I wont bore you with the details but it took 12 days to get my money back after buying a game key that had already been used by someone else. The support process offered little to no help and only processed a refund after i very bluntly insisted that they should do so. Save yourself time and stress and go buy from somewhere else.”

“Bought my game key only to find out that it had already been redeemed by someone else. I filed a support ticket in an attempt to get a replacement key and after 12 days of waiting decided to instead get a refund. The support emails i recieved offered little to no help and they only processed the refund after i very bluntly insisted that they do so. Once i got an email saying a refund had been processed i was dissapointed to find out that it had been refunded to me via store credit on their website, meaning the only thing i can do with this money now is to spend it on their website and nowhere else. Overall a very bad experience and wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from these guys.”

“Horrible experience, first of all they gave me a faulty code which did not work in my region (USA). Took them a week to get my refund, they did not provide me with a full refund even though it was their fault. They only wanted to provide me with “store credit”. Will be filing a claim with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website it is a scam!!!”

“Purchase game pass for my Xbox received 4 codes only one worked all the rest didn't after 3 months they must have sold all the rest do not buy from this rubbish company as they will rip you off if you try to receive your money back you will not get it as they mess you around”
