“2020-04-12 PAYED FOR GRIM DAWN STEAM CD KEY, AND WHAT YOU THINK? "NO AVAYABLE IN STOCK", TRIED REFUND - STILL NO MONEY RECEIVED BACK(2020-04-15). DISSAPOINTED.”

“Order page shows as in-stock even though the key is out of stock The key has not been sent within 12 hours It is better to somehow manage to display that there is inventory but there is no inventory”

“Don't buy xbox live memberships from here. They will be activated in another country and you have to fight with them to get your money back. Please save your time and money. I'm still going through my dispute to get my money back.”

“I urge people to find alternatives to CJS CD Keys! There are alternatives that competitively priced and have considerably better customer service. I have passed this on to my friends that I play online with. I would advise that people look elsewhere! Spend your £££££elsewhere!”

“Sold me a game that shown 10+ in stock at shop but after pay says no stock and ask to wait 24h to restock checked store again and still said 10+ stock. Aks for refund and it costs 1€ for refund!!! Nice way to make easy money by cheating people.”

“I ordered a 2 week gold membership for Xbox. I received the code quickly but the code was invalid. I tried numerous times to enter it and it failed. I then contacted CJS CD Keys and I’m still yet to receive a response. It will be my last time using this website.”

“The Key didn't work. Supports solution was for me to check my UV locker which no longer exists as of 2019 or to contact Paramount support to see why the key doesn't work. This is very frustrating because I don't have to go through any of this trouble when I purchase codes from other sites.”

“The code didn't work, and when I raised it with their support team, I was almost immediately refunded. However to get the full refund I had to accept it as "store credit", or pay £1 for the privilege of getting my own money back. I used the "store credit" to re-order a new license key, and was then told it was out of stock. So I cancelled the order, as while I was waiting I sourced a legitimate key elsewhere. And when i check today, the order is now showing as fulfilled, and I've had no refund. Very poor service, a complete waste of time and money, with shady practices.”

“Bought a key and tried to use it but has shown it was already redeemed and now they are giving me a hard time and most likely will not revive my money back and will have to open up a dispute on PayPal. Update: it’s now been a month with nothing done. No money back. No new key that worked. I gave them everything they have asked for and have got nothing back. Screenshots information etc.”
