“I ordered a game that was available. After payment the game was not available. If you went into the shop again, it was still displayed as available. Additional fees such as PayPal were added to the purchase. The purchase price was therefore higher than displayed. At some point, the order was suddenly canceled and repaid after hours. During and after the order process you will be bombarded with emails. Even days later. Status mails that the game would now exist but it is not in the AutoKey. In addition tons of other mails. Countless emails asking for shop ratings. I received over 30 emails because of a game purchase. It was probably the last time I bought anything there.”

“What a terrible company to deal with. If you arenit computer literate avoid these like the plague. They are rude and not helpful at all. I simply asked for a refund as the key they provided did not work as it required Windows 10 in order to run. The product description advised it worked with Windows 7 etc. Because I didn't take a screen shot of the problem (I wouldn't know how to take one) they can't process the refund. Poor customer service, avoid avoid avoid.”

“Bought Xbox Live, took ages to arrive. Was for Brazil which I knew but trusted it would be easy to activate. HAD to join VPN with a payment and then cancel and request refund as there is no such thing as a free trial with just a membership. The whole thing was slow, frustrating and tedious. Shouldn't be selling this with the hoops people have to jump through to make it work. Hopefully I get my refund from VPN”

“Awful service. Bought 12 months live as it said instant collection, I had to wait three and a half hours for my code to be made available. Ruined my plans for the day, then when I’ve emailed explaining the problem, asking where my code is. I had NOTHING. No response no help, I got a response 5 hours later saying “your problem has been resolved, thanks” my problem was how long I had to wait!! Poor service, won’t be using again.”

“Bought a 12 month xbox game pass from this lot. Wasnt 1 code but 4 codes so you got 3 months access on each code. First one worked ok but none of the others worked. CJS keys weren't interested when I contacted them and refused to give new codes or a refund. Get your codes from somewhere else”

“I bought my copy of red dead redemption 2 I recieved code after confirming I am not a bot but then i activated my vpn put in the code but the code was already redeemed which disgraceful I tried to contact the helpline by email and phone email they replied in 3 days and when I called them no one picked I repeatedly called at different times of the day but yet no answers almost 30 days after purchasing this item I am struggling to retrieve my money back my review will be taken off”

“Has been good in the past however this order they flagged me for fraudulent activity ok doesn’t seem to be an issue I just have to copy the code into the box I do this I copy and paste it however it doesn’t work I was fiddling about for 20 mins before randomly getting access to the code as I was about to refund my payment”

“Do not use this company. I do not recommend at all paid for something and never got then the price went up so they sent me my money back after countless emails took 24 hours to get them to email me back will be putting on Twitter Facebook and instagram”
