“If they where a clean business they wouldn't have to send out emails asking users to give them a 5 star rating to hide the low ratings they get usually, just this act shows that they are not to be trusted.”

“Accepted my money from my card, then held it ransom by refusing to issue a key or a refund until i provided them a picture of my license or passport. Took over a day to resolve the issue on the day of release of a major game. Have never used them since nor will I again.”

“I bought a key that doesn't work in Australia ie not a globe key as I thought it was. As for a refund I have to wait till they resell that key to get a refund that's BS. I have bought games from here before but after this I will think twice next time.”

“Bought the same game twice now and no key that I have been provided works. The costs of the product goes up with each purchase and customers dont receive a FULL refund. Last ticket submitted was closed on their side despite no reimbursement. Fed up on constant failures and poor results.”

“Was sceptical at first and it seems rightly so, my PS4 plus key was invalid , emailed right away and initially felt the support could be ok , 6 emails later I’m been asked to supply screenshots of transaction history , media all following out of date instructions , meaning I had to google how to find this information , all whilst taking 24 hours to respond to each email, I’m sure when it works it works well but beware it’s a gamble if you get a faulty code... having to chase PayPal for refund now since they still not resolved 4 days on.”

“CJD CD keys tried to buy a good review by offering me the chance to win a game. I used them once before I found out how they facilitate people buying games with stolen credit cards and then selling them on their website. Because the actual publishers have to go through a lengthy and expensive process to recover the money, CJD CD keys profits while the hardworking people who make the games suffer. Don't use their site, if you can't afford it wait for a Steam Sale or check out Humble Bundle.”

“I was sent the wrong key. Vendor indicated no willingness to work with me, Insisted I have to accept his mistake and buy another key even though the item received is worthless to me. Paypal dispute is pending at this time. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS VENDOR. YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED PROPERLY.”

“I haven't bought a game with CJS keys since I bought GTA5 and never received it, after many complaints I was told even though they were aware that some of the payments were getting lost using one of there suggested payment methods they were not willing to rectify the issue.”

“Having a email asking for a good review when you have not supplied me with good service is not really great thing to do. Screw entering the competition for giving you a good score. Maybe supply a good service and you wont get bad reviews.”
