“Bought rage 2 code for the Xbox one, got a used code. After asking for help CJS asked me to do various things to proof that the code wasn’t used by me. All they want I did but every time I was getting new question to screenshot conversations and Xbox account data like the order list etc. later I should contact Microsoft so they should tell me who And where activated the code. Microsoft denied and send me back to the seller CJS. The people there let me running in circles saying I have to get proof from Microsoft, without the can’t help me. So do not buy anything from this seller in my opinion. These are shady methods. I didn’t get a new unused code and no money back. So this is my last visit here and you should go to alternativ sites to buy codes. Guess there are much more people who had the same experience with CJS. I will contact some game magazines to ask them if they interested to print a user review and make a guid and prevent where to not buy.”

“I purchased a Windows 10 Pro key and the one I received was for Windows 10 Enterprise. After install a watermark appeared saying Windows not Activated. I raised a ticket for support but they did not answer for at least 2 working days. Meantime I had to purchase another key elsewhere and now they are refusing to refund my money. Will never use this company again!”

“Key never received, because not available, contrary to what was said on their page (more than 1st keys in stock), non-existent customer support, I opened the refund procedure but to date still nothing. Absolutely avoid buying on this site.”

“Refuse to issue refund after 3 weeks of trying. Purchased a “region” free code for Xbox One only to find I couldn’t use it because it was “wrong region.” I let them know. They say it’s usually resolved in 12 hours or less but make take 2-3 days. It has been 3 weeks. Not only have a politely asked for a refund several times over the past two weeks, my request has been ignored EVERY SINGLE TIME. Instead they are “chasing down the vendor,” or “waiting to hear from them,” or worst of all “we are now intimidating the vendor.” These people can’t read. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They FALSE ADVERTISE, LIE, DO NOT DELIVER ADVERTISED PRODUCTS and REFUSE TO REFUND or RESOLVE ISSUES in a more than reasonable amount of time. They are scam artists. BUYER BEWARE!”

“Avoid. Bought wargame franchise bundle key. Go to autokey to collect—> An error was encountered while processing your request: This gift is no longer available for you to redeem. The sender has either restored the gift to their inventory or sent it to someone else. Field report to refund me. 7 days after they gave store credits and told me to reorder it. This way you get that 1 british pound more if you don’t escalate to paypal. I said ok why not they still refunded me. But guess what again—>An error was encountered while processing your request: This gift is no longer available for you to redeem. The sender has either restored the gift to their inventory or sent it to someone else. They told me to restrain from posting reviews until they solve the issue. The issue is not solved and I had to escalate this to pay pal after 15 days. They don’t give refunds and only in their store credit so if you want some specific item from them you can’t reorder it.”

“This company is a complete SCAM. They sold me an allready used CD key and I have a email from Microsoft stating it was used last year i have sent them this and more and they are still trying to put me through loop holes saying that it's not enough proof. Something needs to be done about this company they steal peoples money by false advertising then making it nearly impossible to do all the things they ask u to do to get your money back even when you do they still do not they just send you automated emails asking you to do everything again. I've been waiting a week now for a refund on a £35 purchase although I've got written confirmation from Microsoft stating that the code they sold me last week was used last year and they still wont do anything now I've had to open a PayPal dispute. This company is a complete RIP off who does not care about customers what so ever the aim seems to be to get your money from false advertising then try to keep it by sending you through impossible loop holes.”

“Not sure about the CD keys but asked a question on the site about a product. Gave a generic response then sold my details to another company!!! I then proceeded to get a load of spam emails. DO NOT USE THEM.”
