“Having a email asking for a good review when you have not supplied me with good service is not really great thing to do. Screw entering the competition for giving you a good score. Maybe supply a good service and you wont get bad reviews.”

“So I recieved an email asking to leave a review because other company's are trying to smear their reputation.... No you as a business are doing a fine job on your own. I purchased a key for Escape from Tarkov almost 2 years ago and to this day, never got my money back nor a copy of the game. I had access for about 2 weeks then the key was blacklisted by the Devs or I was sold a trial key In the first place. Cjs customer service was a joke, stalling for several months while "checking their supplier". In the end flat out refused to refund my money or supply me with another key and PayPal declined a refund as I recieved a key to begin with. So don't think you are protected by PayPal either. Stay well away and use other services with MUCH better customer service and protection. Cjs have a reputation for being dodgy for a reason. stay well away.”

“Bought assassin's creed odyssey in September 2019. It was advertised as having all audio language packs, including Russian. Ofcourse it didn't have it and after 2 months of emails back and forth they didn't even admit their mistake and my request for a refund. Their excuse was- you used cd key so you cant have a refund. Only way to check if game they sold as advertised- you have to use a key, after that- they dont care about you. Bought lots of games from this site- no longer. They are proper scumbags! Not recommended at all!”

Lots of emails of complaints and they didn't even admit their mistake and request for refund- all they said that I used cd key and that is a reason I cant have get a refund. But only way to find out that game they are selling is not as advertised- you have to use key first. Bought lots of games from their website but no more- they are proper scumbags! I would not recommend this site to anyone! Selling games which are not advertised and you lost your money!”

“Never had a problem before, ordered a game key - doesn't work, I guess it was bound to happen at some point, do we assume that's a risk with ordering keys and accept that sometimes we will lose out?”

“FAKE SITE, FAKE KEYS. Dont buy anything on this site. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I payed DOOM ETERNAl twice and get ZERO KEY / ZERO GAME. I LOST ALL MY MONEY!”

“Very bad! I bought two keys for wreckfest season pass (product site says, that it is region free and works in every country), but none of them works in my country (steams says, that both keys can't be redeemed in my country). Well and cjs-support takes ages to respond and will (maybe) refund my money in about two weeks ... really, really a great expirience ... NOT!”

“When Order originally placed the item was listed as out of stock, with a promise that it would be available in 2-12 hours. I purchased anyway. I checked back the next day and the website then had it listed as 10+ keys in stock, but the price had doubled what I had paid the day before. It has now been over a week that the site has had them listed as in stock, but I am told by customer service that they are not (at least, not at the price I paid anyway). The canned response that "customer service" keeps offering says that I can get my money back if I cannot wait for my purchase (which I shouldn't have to just because they changed their mind on price AFTER I made my purchase) but when I tried to do that they wanted me to pay a fee for cancelling the order that they refuse to deliver. Currently, I am awaiting paypal's decision on getting my money back from this fraudulent company. I was going to wait until Paypal reviewed this and sent me my money back, but I am tired of the emails asking me to review the product I never received.”

“Purchased my key, then was told I needed to verify my identity, was asked to provide mobile number to confirm but no code was sent. Was then asked for 2 forms of ID for a bloody game! I refused and requested refund via paypal, then miraculously the code was sent to me. Fraud FRAUD and fraud. Do not purchase anything from this website.”

“I purchased an Office Pro Plus key from CJS and had to change my HDD. They key could not be reused and CJS was no use whatsoever. Be careful when buy products from these guys as if my experience is anything to go by, they take your money and then provide no helpful support. Avoid.”

“i dont know why this website has such high reviews when its sketchy at best. Purchased HL:A as it was on a 20% discount and website clearly states that the keys work in all regions of the world. Not only that the key was region locked! i had to first go through a process of adding a bot friend to my steam account to get a "gift" from him. When asking the support for help on the matter it took them more than 72 hours to get back to me with a solution i have never in my life heard before: "IF we will be able to sell the key your purchased THEN you will get a refund" obviously i opened a paypal dispute right after i noticed that something was sketchy and by the time of their response i already escalated the issue to paypal to get a full refund immediately. I would recommend everyone to look for a different website to buy keys from.”
