“Awful company to deal with, never have I ever experienced such a rude experience from Cjs CD-Keys, didn't provide me with access to the unused account when I sent full payment and refused to refund me when I opened a ticket and emailed them regarding my issue. I highly recommend that you do not be fooled by their cheap deals on newly released games because I would rather have paid double the price to not go through what I had just been through with them. STAY AWAY FROM CJS CD-KEYS”

“Very bad I bought a voucher for skysports pass and had no expiry date just after a week after I bought it I tried to load it for big games the weekend. It said voucher had expired. Ping pong emails since and nothing back. It's theft avoid this like the plague. Hi Cecil M customer service please no more lying emails. Solve this problem out and everyone will be happy. Lee”

“Complete scammers. Any attempt to resolve issues through their customer service is just an e-mail cycle of misery. The only response to a heated reply after being jerked around for weeks was to tell me they'd keep doing it until I gave up trying. All for 14$. Avoid at all costs. There are better sites out there.”

“The company does not respond to tickets and allows their customers accounts to be hacked and does not refund money. My account was hacked and used to purchase 2 keys that I didn't authorize now in a whole dispute with my bank because poor customer service on their part. Not to mention the phone number listed on the site there's no one ever their to answer it. We have left multiple voicemails.”

“Ordered key,not instant has advertised so had to chase but when got worked,ordered another received confirmation been shipped. But hadn’t chased up emails ignored left with no choice but to put in dispute to PayPal....website full of false advertising....excellent customer service and even warning on PayPal by them to speak to them first before disputing with PayPal...openly states they will delay speaking to PayPal over dispute....all I want his what I paid for !!!!!”

“i bought a key and it took almost 4 hours for me to get the key , after i finally got it i found out that it was used already and since then i been trying to get a refund without any success . their support staff is incompetent and not helpfull. for your sake , stay away from this site.”
