“I bought a code for Sekiro Shadows Die Twice in Xbox, using a pre loaded account. It worked for a month or so then stopped working. They have been looking into it for about 3 weeks now. Every now and again I get an email saying I am a valued customer, but there is no sign of a replacement or refund. These guys are a scam outfit.”

“Wish I read all these online reviews before my purchase. What a con of a website. I purchased a windows 10 home key and after I paid it became out of stock... how can that even be possible? Now still waiting to be restocked even though on their website they swear by all their keys to be replenished within 12 hours but usually much sooner that that. It's been 2 days.... now I am waiting for a refund, let's see if that comes in 12 hours too. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, ABSOLUTE CON!!!”

“Useless company. Been waiting 4 weeks for Netflix refund that expired 3 months early. Despite the fact they "guaranteed" 6 months availability at the time of purchase, they stopped responding to my emails after a few days. Avoid these guys.”

“Horrendous company! Purchased two games that just stopped working for no reason. Tried to resolve for months now and nothing but automated replies that tries to complete your issue all the time. All i want is a refund and i cant even get that from them, huge waste of time and terrible service.”

“Bought a years netflix pass, lasted 3 weeks. Short story, after 40+ emails of lies, promises and BS, ive realised theyre laughing at me. No refunds likely. Been 5 weeks now so ive given up. Totally scandalous that they can get away with it. Obviously fake reviews to make them look better. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TOTAL MESS ON”

“Shocking service, they ignore you after you complain that the CD key does not work, I sent in proof to the fact the key was invalid within 10 minutes of me receiving it. They did NOTHING. Shocking company, I've never had an issue with Greenman gaming or Steam, I wouldn't use them again for anything, CDKeys take your money and run. They should have the words 'STAND AND DELIVER' as a header.”

“Unable to accept steam store "gift" of the game so it was returned with screenshot. They refused to refund and i'm having to try to get funds back through paypal. Avoid like the plague.”

“Don't buy from CJS!!! Don't do my mistake! I bought global xbox live code and i got error that this code can't work in my region. It already past more then 3 weeks! And still i am with the same issue! They didn't returned me my money and they didn't gave me new code! All what the support of CJS did is to replay to my messages with automatic replys that saying that the customer is very important to them. Afcorse this is a lay because i payed money before 3 weeks and still i didn't get anything in return!”

“This place is bad. Listing for a CD key I bought stated it was region free when it was European only. Didn't work in Australia and therefore I paid $30 for absolutely nothing. Gave them the key back and they said they'd resell it and refund me and they never did. Then PayPal disputed and lost somehow. NEVER BUY A CD KEY FROM HERE!”

“I learned the hard way, they basically took my money and ran. I purchased a cd-key for Rage 2 and got a invalid key. I contacted customer service and all they have given me for nearly two weeks is a "sorry for the inconvenience we are resolving the issue as fast as possible should take no more then 3 days" this was a week ago LOL. I get contacted 3 other times by them "so sorry thanks for being patient" and that's all LOL. DO NO BUY FROM THEM!! Save your time and money and spend the extra dollar at a more legit key selling site. I gave them a "chance" to refund me or give me a working key, and I've gotten nothing in return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!”

“Long story short: Sold me a CD key that was advertised as region free. Upon activation attempt, was stated that it was not available in my region. Tried to get a refund, was told I could not get a refund until they were able to find another buyer (meaning they were happy enough to put it back into their sale system to get a profit... but still wouldn't refund me). Eventually 'it was found' that it had been activated already (meaning someone had already used the key before I bought it) and that, in order to get a refund, I would have to get proof from steam of the location/time/date that the key was used... Also of note, the advertised page for the game (Total War: THREE KINGDOMS) was, during my ticket, changed to EU ONLY. Very suspicious. This continued back and fourth until PayPal kindly refunded me my money after contacting them. Advice for anybody facing the same issue, either contact and claim a dispute with PayPay, or use your banking institution to issue a chargeback if need-be. DO NOT BUY FROM CJS CD KEYS.”

“This is terrible service, there is no support, no one is replying by email or phone. I bought a key yesterday and I'm still waiting for it (the product page said it was in stock...) Mailed them 3 times and they never replied SCAM SHOP Dont trust them, buy somewhere else, on a non-crappy developed website. Its look like a to be developed by a 14y old kid ....”

“This site is a SCAM plenty of posts regarding this site as scamming people taking there money and not providing the product you purchase. Customer service is non existent this company should not be allowed to trade and is committing fruad. I purchased a subscription code from this place which was void and did not work then told i was credited which was a lie and have had no response back since.”

“Bought an Office 365 key, first they don’t give you a key like the promise but they send you a logon a psw that’s suppose to be active. The logon wouldn’t work as Microsoft probably found it was a scam activation. Anyway, I asked for a refund which never came..it’s been 4 weeks now and have stopped replying to my emails. Help desk is a total joke. Refrain from buying - you’ll eventually be scammed like I did.”

Hi Dan, it is clearly stated as an account, not a product key. You can find this information on the product page. Also it has a large red pop-up to warn you of this too. The login details we sent you are 100% working,. all you have to do is follow the instructions on the product page.

“**DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE COWBOYS!** I purchase from these in error thinking it was CD KEYS! As a mum to a 10year old boy who wanted GOLD I though that this would be a simple transaction. How wrong was I. I know nothing about Xbox but understood GOLD to have access to free games and the ability to play with his friends on line as STANDARD. Apparently not and the code that I bought from CJS cd keys didn't have the free games. I have sent several emails asking for them to come up with a solution or a refund which they won't do! I have a very disappointed son!”
