“Bought a game for xbox. They sent a code for pc. Spoke to customer services, they wont refund money, no help or resolution 3 weeks later. Say i can redeem code even though they say they know they sent wrong code. Awful company. DO NOT USE”

“I purchased an Xbox account as a Christmas gift for my son, but it turned into a nightmare: the account was already blocked when I received it. It was really hard to explain to my child that Santa Claus had brought him a ‘blocked’ account. I immediately reported the issue to their support team and provided all the requested evidence, including photos. Unfortunately, their responses were very slow, taking 3 to 4 days each time. After 14 days of waiting without a solution, I asked for a refund. Their answer? Denied. They claimed I was the one who blocked the account — a completely false accusation. I carefully followed all their instructions, and I’ve purchased similar subscriptions from them before without any issues. There was no mistake on my part. They simply sold me a pre-blocked account. I will never buy from them again.”

“For a total computer novice the process was simple and easy to follow. Whole process from shopping to installation, up and running probably took me about an hour. Price is excellent and has saved me subscribing £60 every year to Microsoft. The only problem I had on purchase was where you are required to enter your country. England, Great Britain and United Kingdom are not options on the list. An email was quickly replied to suggestiong to select a neighbouring country and the correct one is availabe as part of the billing address confirmation. Yes I'd recommend the company and use it again.”
