“wouldve put 0 stars if i could... waited months to get a refund on my purchase because the seller revoked the steam key i bought from him... ended up waiting too long and now i cant get a refund through paypal and the support doesnt help me get my money back, this is the only key i bought from them and probably the only key ill ever buy from them. had the key for 4-5 months thinking everything was ok but then i got a message on steam saying the key i bought was removed and i couldnt get a refund ever since. thank you for a shitty experience”

“I purchased a Windows 10 Pro Key from them that was faulty. They can sure take your money quick but now responding to fix the issue isn't so fast if even at all.. I submitted a claim and I'm kinda sketched out by the entire process and if this doesn't end well I'm reporting this page everywhere... I'm not the one...”

“avoid this company, I bought a xbox ultimate 1 month pass that doesn't work unless you create a new account which it wasn't mentioned when i purchased. trying to get a refund is just ridiculous they want unusual things such as your xbox subscription and purchase history which is highly inappropriate. Avoid there are many more reputable companies out there unlike this one. I have reported them to trading standards. I never got refunded as i refused to send them the screenshots of my private purchase history”

“Avoid in all circumstances. One of the keys they sold me was already used. They never acknowledged the fact. Instead forced me to try and prove when was activated via Steam, although Steam clearly suggests they will not support key issues. I had to dispute my purchase via my bank to claim refund!”

“I bought a key for one game, I was sent the code for another game, I immediately asked for a refund or for another key showing evidence. After more than a month they keep telling me that they will let me know and still no refund. Not recommended.”

“Literally a fraud website, brought a "key code" for Xbox live, took my money but didn't give me a code or let me download a code kept freezing saying error and when you try to contact them it won't allow you without the key number which I obviously haven't got.. stay away literally a scam”
