“Do not call the customer service number as it is a USA number and cost me £10.99 for 1 and a half minutes. My code would not work when I purchased it. I asked for a refund. They refused and asked for screenshots of my purchase history and subscription history but would not explain why when I queried. I provided these and was still denied a refund. The code eventually worked but the stress and expense of the phone call has made me sure I will ever use this company again.”

“I bought a key for psycho bundle Fortnite skin for 102 Gbp. after endless loops and 2 hours wait, I finally got an email saying my key is ready. I didn't want it since I bought it from somewhere else and wanted a refund. when I clicked refund, I got a message saying it's not possible since the key is in stock. so I decided to get my key anyway and when I tried too I got an error message in autokey saying they have a technical issue and I should wait 2 hours and try again!!!! unacceptable, I don't want the key anymore so I sent an email to their support, and still no answer. very very bad experience in Comparision to other sites that sell keys. stay away!!”

“Seems like a big fraud. Bought Microsoft Office for Mac. Says not in stock and will stock in 2-12 hours. Raised a couple of tickets requesting update and refund. No replies and mentions can’t refund . Just wonder all the positive reviews are actually paid or being done by bots”

“This is a thief. They will you a wrong code, then ask you a lot things to prove the wrong code is wrong :)). You will loose also of time to get reply from them. If you want to loose your money. Keep going to buy from this thief.”

“Rubbish. The code didn't work, there wasn't enough information upfront before you buy the codes. Once the code doesn't work they bring out all the T&C's about "you need this first", "we don't give refunds" etc. customer service takes days to get back to you and doesn't answer your questions, just sends stock replies.”

“The company are fantastic and their delivery system is great. THE CHALLENGE IS THE CONSTANT BEGGING FOR REVIEWS, I use them a lot and every time I get at least 3 emails begging for a review. How desperate are you CJS?”
