“What an absolute nightmare! Had to jump through so many hoops to get code. Had to then 'like' them before I could access code by which point I really didn't want to do. Then I had to join facebook to get it. Never again!!!!”

“After following CJS instructions I tried to redeem the key I purchased on Microsoft's website. Upon doing this I received an error that the key had been returned and to contact the person who gave it to me. I have contacted CJS customer support, however after 24hours I have not had any reply. Had they replied to my support request within a few hours like their website claims, I wouldn't be as annoyed. Having to wait for over 24 hours to get a response from their customer support is not good enough, especially when they have taken my money. I made this purchase through Paypal and will pursue a refund through them if CJS do not respond to my support request.”

“It only gave me the option to purchase through PayPal and after purchasing through PayPal it will not release the key to me. Upon going on your help customer service info I am not allowed to seek a refund through you guys if it was through PayPal though. I would love somebody to contact me.”

“They sent me a key for Windows 10 Home instead of Windows 10 Professional. They told me I had to provide a screen shot of the entered key, but anyone who has entered a key for Windows 10 knows that after entering the key, the screen switches automatically. I purchased the key 5 days ago and they still have not sent a replacement key or refunded my money. They are either ripping people off or they are incompetent.”

“The key which I purchased didn't work and they are trying to not refund me. I purchased the key immediately from another seller and it worked without any issue. They just keep telling me to remove win 10 and make fresh installation which is not needed. I have 200 programs installed, so how can I remove and install them again? When you upgrade windows, you don't need to uninstall or fresh installation. Just insert a new key and the system will be upgraded if the key is not fake. Anyway, I purchased from another seller and upgraded to win 10 pro without any installation.”
