“Paid for my items, never received them, the incompetent monkeys at support keep saying please allow us 24 hours to update you, 7 days later same response and now no response, still nothing. Joke. taken the matter up with my bank and PayPal and reported for Scamming and no support. Stay away. you wont get anything and you wont get your money back unless you go through the lengthy process like i am. the system doesnt even accept the issue query so you cant submit to even get any resolution. they are all useless.”

“If I could give them a 0 I would. They gave me a key that didn't work and then to get a refund they have you jump through all these hoops. They wanted me to figure out the problem. They wanted me to contact Steam and figure out why the code didn't work! I'm the one that has to do their job! That's ridiculous when all I want is a refund! Super frustrating! I still have not gotten a refund because I have to wait for Steam to reply as to why the code didn't work”

“I have just purchased Microsoft_Office_Professional_Plus_2016_CD_KEY and cannot use it as Microsoft office says it's not recognised as a valid product when I went through the telephone registration process. Waste of money!”

“Buying a simple key, going head first into "anti-fraud" system, either to complete by phone or like facebook page. The like the page does not work, it never loads, the phone does not send any sms. I contact support, they ask me to wait 12h, 24h went by, nothing change, i send again email to support, they ask me to identify myself and they can fix it fast, i give them id everything to show them that i am genuine, 6h later, i go into the "anti-fraud" system, go to phone write any random number there to get accepted. It gets accepted i get the cd-key , it does not work. I am done with this, refunding and never buying from them ever again.”

“Very sleazy business practices, bring you in with cheap prices so you buy the item and then tell you its out of stock but still have the item up on the site just for a higher price, this happened 4 times over 6 days different people responded to my emails and gave different reasons for the keys not being available and then they refund you to get you to buy at the higher price...”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 15 emails over three weeks to get one working CD key when they sent me the wrong one to start and followed it up with a couple more that said "Key already redeemed". They were horribly rude, demeaning, and stated multiple times that I must not know how to use a computer. I AM A SOFTWARE ENGINEER, I KNOW HOW TO ENTER A CD KEY. Stay far away from this company, their customer support is a nightmare.”

“Terrible website had a link on the email reply which took my bank details for another company. I will be going to trading standards. cd keys remove these phishing links from your emails. I fell for the link as its not clear. Thankfully I'm aware of scamming little bastards where as any many are not..so 30 quid a month for NOTHing due to your poor advert allowance kn email link. Disgrace ;(”
